I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at Renaissance FlatIron while accompanying my child to CU Boulder. Overall, I appreciated the quality of the hotel, including the rooms and breakfast options, as well as the convenient location. However, my experience was significantly marred by the conduct of one front desk staff member (Manny). her rudeness and unprofessional behavior were strikingly disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. I found her attitude to be lazy, unprofessional and unhelpful, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. While I acknowledge that my overall experience was positive, I cannot overlook the impact of this individual's actions. As a result, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to your establishment. I hope that you can address this issue to prevent similar experiences for future guests. I’m curious why this behavior is tolerated, as I cant imagine I am the first complaint of this bad behavior by this employee.
