Finde Hotels in Broken Arrow

Ich versuche etwas Gutes über diesen Ort zu denken, aber ich kann nicht. Nun, es gibt ein fantastisches mexikanisches Restaurant, das liefert, aber das ist es. Wir haben für 2 Nächte gezahlt und nach der ersten Nacht verlassen. Wo starte ich. Checkin-Probleme, Zahlungsprobleme aufgrund von Hotelfehler, keiner der üblichen Hilton Honor-Bewertung, Wasser usw. Wir bezahlten für ein Prämienzimmer, aber wurde ihnen gesagt, sie hatten tatsächlich die seit vor covid so was genau bezahlten wir? Das erste Zimmer war schrecklich, es fehlte an dem Fernseher und der Kühlschrank machte einige wirklich laute Geräusche und das Zimmer sah aus, als wäre es nicht gereinigt worden. Wir gingen auf den Treppen und klachten, und eine letzte, die auf dem Vorderbüro ging, sagte: ”Oh, Sie müssen über Zimmer 232 sprechen” und wussten genau, was wir überhaupt sprechen. Wir wurden gesagt, das Hotel war voll, Aber sie haben ein Zimmer, das verfügbar ist, dass sie für gelegentliche Zeiten bei Fragen halten. Es war jedoch ein Abstieg im Zimmer, aber wenn wir einen Ort zu bleiben wollten, dann hatten wir wirklich keine Wahl. Wir kommen ins neue Zimmer und genau so wie wir zur Tür zu kommen wir Die Müllwagen waren im Halle geparkt, ich konnte verstehen, ob es 11 Uhr war und die Hausaufgaben waren bemüht, zu reinigen, aber das ist so lange da sitzen, dass es einen funky Geruch durch das ganze Ende des Gebäudes gab. Wenn wir ins Zimmer kamen, waren die Dinge nicht besser. Ich kann nicht wirklich beschrieben, wie runter und nass das Zimmer war, aber es war schlimm genug, dass wir am nächsten Morgen nach dem Gespräch mit Hilton telefonisch verließen. Sie sagten, wir würden eine vollständige Erstattung erhalten, aber lass uns sehen, wie das funktioniert. Ich werde die Bilder zeigen die Qualität dieses Ortes.

Gutes Hotel. sehr nettes Personal

We had a very long travel day and just wanted to relax and watch television before another long travel day ahead. Unfortunately, the television screen kept freezing up on every channel therefore, we did not get to enjoy the relaxing evening we had planned. Upon speaking with the front desk, I was informed that they had been experiencing issues for a while with the antenna in use for the second floor. He said he could move us to another room but could not guarantee the television would work. We were already unpacked and dressed for bed to relax and watch television so the last thing we wanted to do was re-dress, pack-up and move with no guarantee. He told me to ask for a certain front desk person who would be on duty the following morning and that she would address the inconvenience we experienced. When I spoke with her, she advised me that there was nothing she could offer. It is totally unacceptable that a hotel of this caliber would have an entire floor with an unresolved antenna issue leaving guests without access to a basic amenity. We stay at this property every year (some years multiple stays) and have yet to experience anything negative. It is unfortunate that we did during this stay, and nothing more than an apology was offered.

We stay here often, we have family that we come to visit about every month or two and we rent 2-3 rooms. Always the family and kid suites when available, I recommend these room types if you are traveling with kids and need a spacious room. We always stay here so I'm posting from TripAdvisor instead of my IHG member app as I normally do to protect my identity. I don't want any animosity for future stays, I love the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and the breakfast is always good and most of the staff is wonderful! I NEVER thought I would ever consider staying somewhere else but with the recent change in management the atmosphere has changed as well. The new manager (Linda?) has come off as aggressive, not to myself but to the people that checked in ahead of us and then I overheard a conversation between her and Am”ie” while I waited at the counter for a good couple of minutes before either of them noticed me. Their ”private” conversation wasn't very kind, as I listened it seemed they were mocking a guest. I can also tell the difference in the employees that have been there for a while. They are always welcoming and professional, very friendly and eager to make our stay perfect. But when I would bring up Magda or Drake (I have known them both for years) the mood changes and they just don't seem as happy as before. It's actually really sad to see. I am giving 1 star only even though this hotel is worth 5 but I really had an issue with my last 2 stays and this is what the lack of stars is based on. Amie ”with an IE” Amie ”with an IE”. Am”ie” is really nice, to nice! She is very flirty with men and based on some of the reviews on the hotels website I think that's how she gets them. Her name has uncommon spelling, if it wasn't for her constantly telling my husband as we walked past the frontdesk that her name is spelled A-M-I-E I would have automatically spelled it ”Amy”. Every chance she had she would directly flirt with him. It made me very uncomfortable. We tried to avoid using the front doors as much as possible but of course the side door only worked when it felt like it. I thought I was being to sensitive until some family members came back to visit after dinner and witnessed the interaction between ”Amie IE” while her coworker fixed our keys and he later joked in the elevator that she was fishing for attention. Don't get me wrong Amie seems nice but I feel like she is only interested in getting good reviews by asking and reminding of the spelling of her name and all her reviews are from men just back up my assumptions. There was also a person complaining at checkout on Sunday that somebody had gone into their room the evening before on saturday AFTER they checked in and left a greeting card. They said they had personal items laid out in the room (it sounded like they were here for a romantic evening) and didn't expect or give permission for anybody to enter their room. They were creeped out and had said they wanted to cancel their stay but couldn

Upon arrival I had to ask for a room upgrade 5 times before the front desk clerk actually heard me. Mind you my voice carries when I whisper but for some reason she couldn't hear me and we were face to face. Front desk also didn't add member number so I could receive my points. Ac didn't cool my room until around 5am , toilet ran water alllll night. However the appearance of this particular location was nice. The owner was not pleasant. Stared us down as if we were criminals,never said hello, never asked if we needed anything never smiled never just glared at us. I'm real big on customer service and when a owner conducts himself in that manner I definitely will not be giving him my business again. I asked the morning clerk what his deal was towards me why is he staring and frown glaring so much she told me it was a free country they can look at the guest however they choose. I was just out done by the staff except the over night person that brought up 2 waters.

Just needed a decent affordable room for a few nights & Quality Inn fit the bill. It was clean, quiet, no frills, which is exactly what we were looking for. There were only two things that could have made it better - if the ice machine worked & if they had an elevator. Don't bring much luggage because you will have to haul it up the stairs if your room is on the 2nd floor. All in all we had a great stay & would definitely stay there again.
