A storm had gone through the morning before so their internet was down. We had reserved our room on *******, but with no internet, they couldn't confirm we had a reservation. We got a room but had to pay the hotel and then seek reimbursement from *******. (I called ******* and they said it will be 72 hours until they could let me know if we get a refund). I know this wasn't the hotel's fault, but there were other things. They put us in a room next to a bunch of guys that were drinking and partying until 11 pm and then I had trouble getting to sleep. When we got up at 7 am expecting to make coffee, there were no coffee cups and only one pack of coffee. We turned on the TV and it didn't work. I relayed all of this to the guy when we checked out and he did refund us $23 for our inconvenience. That was nice of him, but we still will find another hotel next trip.
