Courtyard Rochester Brighton

酒店距離羅切斯特大學和機場很近，周邊環境安靜，附近有家牛排店很棒，還有羅村最好吃的甜點店。酒店服務不錯，隔天打掃房間；早餐是點餐式，烹飪得很精緻，味道非常好，我們全家都很喜歡。總之酒店是在羅切斯特的不錯的住宿選擇。

整個住宿體驗很不錯，辦理入住的前台服務態度很好，令人心情愉悦，房間很乾凈，沒有異味，停車方便，有24小時bar

總體來説非常不錯。房間比估計要大。還是比較乾淨的，樓下有不少超市和餐廳。

距離機場很近，打車十幾刀。設施齊全，配有洗衣房，游泳池，健身房。附近吃飯也方便。距離羅徹斯特大學很近。

環境優美，早餐好

I spent two nights at this property. It’s definitely an older property and in need of a refresh. My room was clean, but the humidity the air left it a little funky. Shower is tiny, but water pressure was good. Staff was friendly. Plenty of free parking. I would not stay here again. I believe there is a newer Courtyard not too far.

The rooms at this hotel smell of years of smoking and the condition of the room was ridiculous. There were pictures missing and nail holes exposed, marks on the walls, stains on the chair and the balcony did not look like it had ever been cleaned off. For the price of the room I would have expected much better conditions. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows barely supported your head. While they made a point of acknowledging my platinum status and giving a goody bag with water and snacks, the fact that they put me in a room with holes and marks thinking that was acceptable is just sad. I did not have time to complain as my son had an event, but I would not choose this hotel again.

Excellent service. I’ve stayed at this hotel before. Good location especially close and easy to get to U of R and the airport. Great parking, very nice staff. Rooms are roomy and clean. I left something in the room and they contacted me immediately.

The service I received at the Courtyard by Marriott Rochester Brighton was exceptional. i want to give a shoutout to Evana, she was knowledgeable on all of the things to do in the area along with the services Marriott provides. As someone who does not go to Rochester as much, she made my experience so much better due to her helpfulness. I truly hope they keep her because she makes many of the customer's experiences joyful.
