Really great hotel in every way. Room was clean and cozy, really well thought out and stylishly designed. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. I had the bubble which was delicious and the porridge which was also wonderful. My partner had the full English which was impressively presented and delicious. The staff were brilliant too, really warm and welcoming. I liked the creative and homely feel to the hotel. The location was perfect for us. A short walk from the town and close enough to lovely restaurants nearby. The Olive Tree was delicious as was the Thai restaurant Klin Klans. Would love to stay again,

Popped in for a drink on our way back from Devon, this place is just perfect .... Lovely ambience, great value prices and a warm welcome, highly recommended in all aspects of hospitality! Next time we will book a table and try the enticing food options ..... Thank you very much!

The attention to detail in this lovely old hotel is second to none! Modern comforts are combined with interesting artefacts which create a warm, comfortable and cosy atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Coffee was great! We enjoyed a gin and tonic in the Potting Shed too. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again!

Excellent! We came here last night and ate at The Potting Shed Kitchen and Garden. We had pizzas from the pizza oven. Lovely atmosphere, good food at reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive staff would recommend. We then went down to Dark Bear cocktail bar downstairs. Lovely cocktails very good service. We would like to come back and stay the night at the house and blend our stay in with the three. Highly recommend.

A fantastic stay at The Bridge House - gorgeous, clean rooms, charming outdoor area, stunning breakfast and great attention to detail through the hotel. All the staff team were also polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We’d definitely stay again!

This beautiful old building is located in a lovely town which seems to be off the main tourist trail but close to attractions. The service was excellent. The breakfasts were generous and to a high quality. We found the room was a bit too small.

The hotel was beautifully renovated, the hosts were lovely and the food was great. We were lucky enough to stay on a warm sunny evening and took advantage of having a drink in the outdoor park area followed up by dinner in the walled garden. Best spot in Bridport!

I have been enjoying staying here on a regular basis whilst working in the area. It is a beautifully restored old building, with a warm, welcoming feel. Marcus and Sara are great hosts, who are always willing to help with any requests, and the team who work there are lovely. The rooms are decorated in a reclamation yard design and they everything you need for a comfortable stay, including top class bed linen and pillows. There is a wide choice on the breakfast menu and the food is well cooked and tasty. There is a car park with electric charging points and the hotel is also extremely dog friendly. Bridport is lovely and a wide choice of restaurants are within walking distance . A stay is thoroughly recommended.
