It is obvious to me the goal of the owners is to make money, not provide good service. I was assigned a room much in need of renovation: big gap in door, bed made noises with movement, fridge iced over, floor dirty, bathroom outright dingy. The outside area was littered, paint peeling, dirty, very shabby. The pool was closed. No breakfast bar as pictured when I made the reservation. I was charged the same rate for a dilapidated room as a newly renovated room. I checked out a day early and expressed my concerns to the desk clerk. I asked for a partial refund for an extremely disappointing and overpriced room. She called her manager, who would not even come to talk to me. I was supposed to be happy that they were willing to refund my unused night’s stay. What a disgraceful operation!
