Best Western Leigh Park Hotel

酒店服務極差。 訂了行政雙人房。職員給了普通雙人房，一開始拿了房卡不知道她給錯，沒有電梯，辛苦把行李搬上了2樓。一開門知道給錯了，回去跟職員就，她微笑着但說：「都是雙人床，都是一樣的。」就跟她講，相片顯示是不一樣，怎麼會貴了你卻說一樣？ 一個是10平方米，另一個是12平方米。 她還是堅持沒給錯，大一點是給家庭。最後擾攘了一會，她才說有別的房間給我們選擇，才給了正確的。然後她還補一句：「可以的，沒關係。反正你們只是住一晚（微笑）」 最後我們自己去2樓把行緊抬回到地下… 熱死還沒冷氣，東西很舊… Hotel service is extremely poor. Booked an executive double room. The staff gave me a standard double room. I didn't know she gave me the wrong room key when I got the room card at first. There is no elevator, so I had to work hard to move my luggage up to the 2/F. As soon as I opened the door, I realized I had given it to the wrong person. When I went back and talked to the staff, she smiled but said, "They are all double beds, they are all the same." I told her that the photos showed that they were different, so why did you say they were the same when they were more expensive? One is 10 m2 and the other is 12 m2. She still insisted that it was not wrong, larger rooms are for families. After fussing for a while, she finally said that there were other rooms for us to choose from and gave us the correct one. Then she said: "Okay, it's okay. You're just staying for one night anyway (smile)" Finally, we went to the second floor to carry the luggage back to the ground floor... It’s so hot and there’s no air conditioning, and the things are very old…

Room was ground floor facing the car park. Lights on all night made it difficult to sleep. Disappointed by breakfast, very ordinary bread and coffee nearly undrinkable. Also could have done with a fruit salad bowl. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bed base was broken resulting in no sleep for the first night, when reported the next morning, no other beds or rooms available, so had a 2 night stay with only a couple of hours sleep. Only offered a disappointing 20% discount, and now awaiting for customer services to contact me to discuss this further. Shower drain must have been clogged, as when showering, was stood in a full tray of water, when water eventuially went down the drain, all black bits came back up. Very unhappy stay.

This hotel is situated in a Tudor house. A beautiful building with fantastic views over the countryside. We stayed 3 nights and were sorely disappointed to find that our room was not cleaned in all the time we were there. Given that the room, though comfortable, was covered in dead flies and cobwebs cleaning should have been of great priority. The restaurant was lovely with views over the lawn and countryside. The food was well presented, a feast for the eye. What let it down was that the restaurant is a conservatory which has rattan roof blinds. Above and caught in the blinds were thousands of flies and other insect life. So much so that the bottom of the blinds were sagging with the weight! The windows around were also covered in cobwebs and dead flies. This was not conducive to relaxed dining. The hotel should really employ a deep cleaning company before they’re sued by guests who have had extra protein in their food! Our room was in the coach house across the path from the function suite. In 2 nights there were weddings which meant no sleep or peace until well after midnight due to the thud, thud, thud of the music and people shouting and screaming outside our window whilst they smoked which meant the surrounding area was used as a giant ashtray! All in all this hotel though well situated was a let down and we will not be back!

Tabitha and the team were fantastic through out the whole journey. They provided us with our dream wedding.  Scott, Cindy, Peter and Tabitha (apologies for not remembering every one name) were attentive and great with helping us with fine detail on the day and couldnt of made it easier for us. We were so happy with the overall day, we would highly recommend Leigh Park as a fabolous venue for anybodys wedding.  We had a informal bbq for our wedding breakfast, with a lot of choices, which they were happy to alter/add to the menu to suit.  Tabitha was patient at listening to what we wanted and had very execution/plan/ideas before and on the day which made us at ease.  We now have these beautiful memories to treasure forever. Thank you Tabitha and the Team 

Lovely stay, the lady on reception was lovely and couldn't have been more friendly , she rang for a taxi for us And nothing was too much trouble , good breakfast especially on the Monday with poached eggs option, If you go into Bradford on Avon I recommend Timbrells yard , great pub and lovely food

We loved our stay at the Leigh Park Country House Hotel!! This was our first time (we are from the US) England and this hotel was a breath of fresh air after being in London for a few days (even though we liked London there was just so many people). We decided to stay here because it was near Stonehenge, Warminster, and Bath. We were meeting a distant relative of mine whose husband does research for people on Ancestry, and our meeting place was Warminster where my Grandfather lived. Our room was beautiful with a 4-poster bed and big picture windows with beautiful picturesque views! The bed was super comfortable and the room was large. When we arrived we were pretty tired and hungry so we went directly to the bar and outside patio after we checked in. Great staff -- especially Peter (the jack of all trades!!)! He made sure we were satisfied with our rooms, brought our luggage up the stairs, and there he was again, making our drinks at the bar!! Also to note, there was a wedding scheduled for Saturday and the wedding party arrived the night we arrived. I was afraid it would be too noisy for us to sleep, but it was quiet by 11:00 p.m. Love, love, love this hotel!! My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to check out the cute town of Bradford-on-Avon; although we did have a wonderful Italian dinner there at Ravello's! Would definitely come again!

Hotel good, food at evening meal was very nice, the lamb was amazing. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Location ideal for sightseeing. Would recommend to others. Ideal base for nearby towns including glastonbury and Bath both worth a visit

I felt like a million pounds this week on our last-minute romantic trip. Totally unplanned until the last minute, and then we chose this hotel by the photos and reviews. We wanted something that would feel indulgent - without wrecking the bank balance. This place has got it right. The staff are very polite, and are not in your face - but are attentive at the bar and restaurant. Their training is spot-on. I must mention Paddy the bar manager. We ate at the hotel for breakfast - continental and cooked: everything you could want - and evening meal. The sign of a perfect restaurant? A small number of choices with superb ingredients. Honestly, I would eat here every night for the rest of my life: yes, that good! And everyone we spoke to were in agreement. Superb. But the accommodation, and the cleanliness? Couldn't fault it. We will be returning here again. And again. 10/10.
