Als Botschafter Elite hatten wir die Gelegenheit, in vielen Marriott-Eigenschaften zu bleiben. Dies war unser erstes Aufenthalt hier und es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Hotel liegt direkt auf einer großen Marina mit schönen Aussichten. Die Suite war geräumig, sehr sauber und hell. Es gibt ein Restaurant auf der Website, Oak & Barrel, das eine große Reuben hat. Es gibt einen Dachpool (klein, aber groß genug, um Laufen zu machen). Es gibt auch eine sehr besetzte Dachbar und Restaurant - Teil des Oak & Barrel. Das Fitnesszentrum verfügt über ausreichende Ausrüstung, kann aber ein stationäres Fahrrad benutzen. Parken ist kostenlos in einer Innengarage, sehr nahe dem Hotel. Wir sind sehr professionell und begrüßenswert. Wir haben auf allen Ebenen einen hervorragenden Service erlebt, mit besonderem Dank an Nikki, sowie an Kira und Armando. Wir freuen uns auf unseren Rückkehrbesuch im Jahr 2023 !!!!

While this is an older hotel, (paint on paint) we found the location was great, on the water walk, great pool and hot tube. Staff could not be any more pleasant and accommodating. We used the suite with two adults and 3 children. Sofa bed not bad (its a sofa bed). two queen were comfortable. We loved it.

Das Personal ist großartig. Jasa und Chris waren so hilfsbereit. Als ich ankam, würde das Toilette nicht flussieren. Jasa bot mir die Gelegenheit, Zimmer zu wechseln. Sie hatte auch Wartung direkt auf die Toilette in meinem ursprünglichen Zimmer gekommen - also blieb ich dort. Die Zimmer sind ok, aus Design/Dekor-Betrachtung. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Dusche hat einen guten Druck. Parkplatz ist einfach und komfortabel. Das Teppich ist jedoch ehrlich, schüttelnd und nicht nur in den Gästezimmern. Ich habe weiße Socken. Ich ging über den Teppich im Zimmer und verließ sie wirklich, wirklich schmutzig. Ich dämpfete einen Waschbecken und schwimmete ihn über einen sehr kleinen Teil des Rügels, nur zu testen, und es war alarmierend. Management sollte zumindest die Teppiche im ganzen Hotel gereinigt haben. Ich weiß, dass das ein anhaltendes Problem war, basierend auf anderen Online-Bewertungen. Ich kann nicht empfehlen, die Leute dort bleiben, bis das gelöst ist. Auch der rote Stuhl im Zimmer, in dem ich geblieben bin, war sehr schmutzig. Ich würde nicht in ihm sitzen. Sobald diese Fragen gelöst sind, würde ich meine Rating auf 4 Sterne ändern.

Das Courtyard Sarasota im University Town Center befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von Mall im UTC und Nathan Benderson Park entfernt. Gut verwaltete Anlage trifft alle Marriott/Bonvoy - Courtyard Boxen einschließlich Parkplatz. Professioneller, effizienter und freundlicher Eincheckung. Zimmer & Badezimmer sind sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Guter Wasserdruck in Dusche und fluffige Handtücher verfügbar. Sehr guter wettbewerbsfähiger Preispunkt und festes Produkt. Wäre sicherlich glücklich zurück.

This Home 2 Suites is located at the far end of a shopping plaza and has a large lake and park about a tenth of a mile from the entrance. The hotel offers free bike rentals for you to enjoy the park which is nice. First impressions send out higher end boutique beach hotel. For the price this place is amazing! Many guest were checking-in for a month or longer stay. The lobby is open and well decorated with a separate and equally open space for free breakfast and daily snack hour. The hotel gives you a pamphlet when you arrive to tell you of their wonderful amenities and times of availability as well as all the things offered nearby. Free yoga anyone? The suite was open with a nice kitchen including two burner stove, full size fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Seating area had a nice chair and comfy sofa. The bedroom was separated by an actual door and offered a desk and very comfortable beds with multiple plush pillows. The sink and counter area of the bathroom is separate from the shower and toilet, great for two or more people getting ready together. Nice closet with many wooden hangers and a safe. Overall great first impressions of cleanliness and the room smelled fresh. This is where the almost perfect comes into play. Later in our stay we noticed two things. One, the carpet wasn’t as clean as it appeared; leaving our feet black if we did not wear slippers. Two, you must get up with the sunrise. Even though the window treatments gave a clean beach vibe and the windows were privacy tented, they were far from light blocking. Not good for someone who likes to sleep in late. The laundry, gym and pool area were all exceptionally furnished! The laundry had nice high end appliances for 2 dollars a load. The gym offered Peloton products as well as other equipment. There is even a small basketball court. The pool however is the crowning glory. Located outdoors it was nicely sized and offered covered cabanas and group seating with very nice grills. Plan on staying here again for my next visit to the area. Great overall experience, just need to bring a sleep mask.

Übersteigende Erwartungen 👍🏻 Nach meiner Ankunft war ich warm von dem Innenbesitzer willkommen. Ich war sehr glücklich, als ich in das Zimmer kam, um die Bodenbeläge nicht gefaltet zu finden, das Zimmer war sauber, ich konnte in einem sehr komfortablen Bett ruhig schlafen. Danke, Matt Erickson, für Ihre freundliche Aufmerksamkeit auf meine Reservierung und Anfragen während meines Aufenthalts. Einer der besten Ferienhotels, die wir aufhielten. Das Hotel sieht so neu renoviert aus, hat ein großes Frühstücksbereich, ein schönes Außenpool und ein großes Fitnesszentrum. freundliches Personal und gute Größe Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Highway und hat alles, was Sie im Zimmer brauchen.

It became obvious on check-in that the staff were pulling double or triple duty. Certainly as a result of staff shortages due to Covid, these folks were all pulling together to get things done. Not always available, there was always someone to find what you needed. The room was clean and the beds very, very comfortable. The breakfasts were good and well maintained. Julie, Holly and Jeff made my wife and I very welcomed.
