For a start, there is no parking outside of "reception" which is only open between 3-5 for check in, find a park "somewhere", then try and find reception. Then, the apartment block is down at the back of the property- the rest of the villas are privately owned, and they just send you off on your own. Don't expect any help with your bags, despite the hefty price tag for the rooms. When you eventually find the apartment block, there is no lift to the first floor apartments, and there are even steps to the ground floor apartments. No one will offer to relocate you even if you are visibly disabled and have been assigned a first floor apartment. Our spa bath didn't work for the 2 nights we were there (we later found out all that needed to be done was to flick a switch in the fuse box but despite multiple calls to management they couldn't rectify this), the safe was locked shut, and there wasn't even sachets of decaffeinated coffee. The pool is only open from 9-5 only it doesn't open at 9 because the manager doesn't turn up on time to open it at 9 and you have hang around in the cold waiting for her to arrive. I'm surprised there hasn't been an older person fracture a hip here. You can definitely find better value for money somewhere else and better service almost ANYWHERE ELSE.
