The layout of the newly renovated home is ideal for entertaining: - Main entry level has the 2-car garage (with a 240V, level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger), mud/laundry room, gourmet kitchen for the culinary-inclined guests, spacious countertops, modern Miele appliances, ample cookware and equipment, dining room (seats up to 8), 4 barstools located at the kitchen breakfast island, living room is outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV with a sound bar, half bath, and main floor master with king bed and full ensuite with double vanity, standing tub and steam shower. This floor has access to the walkout back patio with gas line grill, patio set and fire table for guest use. -Upper level has a loft sitting area with full office desk and equipment and two bedrooms-1 with king bed and other with 2 twins which can convert to a king upon request which share a jack-n-jill full bathroom with standing shower. -Lower Level has a large family room with gas fireplace and Smart TV for gathering or separation. The main level is for living and enjoying the river views! Perfect set up for family reunions! Parking available for up to 4 vehicles. (No RV's or trailers.) There is an additional partial kitchen on the lower level with sink, cabinets and kitchen table. The pool/ping-pong table and hot tub will entertain everyone after a tough day on the slopes, bike path or river! 8 bikes are included in the summertime for our guests use. No need to rent bikes!
