Was visiting Paris to watch the tennis at Roland Garros. The hotel is reasonably priced for the amenities/time of the year. Breakfast was pretty good and front desk was very helpful with the multitude of questions (with some good hearted banter at a point) given my first time in Paris. Bonus brownie points for the pre-printed directions/travel options to get to Roland Garros which was at a very walkable distance and simple.

Was hesitant at first due to the location but now have found my new favourite hotel in Paris. The rooms are excellent. I chose the cheapest option and found myself with a huge king size bed, Nuxe amenities, lovely Sagafreddo coffee, thick gorgeous towels and nice closet space. The lighting is exceptional. Bright reading lights on both sides of the bed. There is not a desk but a table for computer work. As I was on vacstion this was not an issue. Breakfast was unbelievable. The choice of cheeses, chacuterie, pastries and hot dises was wonderful. Lots of fresh fruit from strawberries to peaches to fresh juices. Absolutely include the breakfast option. Pool was wonderful. Full sun, spectacular city scape views and beautifully maintained. There is a small fitness room with cardio machines.Kids were really enjoying it. But most of all the staff. I am currently at the hotel and in 2 days meeting reception, breakfast and pool staff, every last one has had an easy politeness and proactive service that made me feel very, very welcome. Unlike other hotels, one often hears guests arguing or problems, here at Mercure everyone seems incredibly happy. Staff set the mood and they do it so well. Management should be incredibly proud to have assembled such an excellent team. The nearest Metro is aout 5 mi utes walk and it will take you anywhere easily. Over the years I have been to Paris many times. My needs have changed. As I have gotten older I need fewer frills. I can honestly say I have not enjoyed a hotel so much snce we stayed at Hotel Royal Monceau almost 50 years ago. Back then it was an Aga Khan-owned CIGA hotel!and the mood was the same. Mercure Boulogne Billancourt has created the same mood of high luxury on a much more cost effective budget. In particular the night reception gentleman is lovely. I wake up early so we had a chance to have a short chat. With prople like him on the team you will have an excellent stay. The surrounding area has enough restaurants, bakeries to keep one happy. Be sure to check out the Kahn Garden and the Museum of the 1930’s. And as there are very few tourists, one gets the feeling of a real French neighbourhood.

Das Personal war einfach wunderbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sauber, super Frühstück. Man ist rasch in der Innenstadt, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln genauso wie mit dem Taxi, Und die Zimmer angenehm ruhig.

This was a business trip and I stayed two non concurrent nights so I got to experience two different rooms. First room was way smaller than expected. I could not fully walk in with my luggage without ending up in the bathroom. However, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower door needed some work and reading light fell out the wall. Otherwise a good room for a one night stay. The expectations for the second room weren’t high given the experience with the first. However, the room was much bigger and in better condition. The hotel is close to Paris, the metro, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was a very convenient location. The parking lot was not available so I did have to pay for street parking which was a little challenging to find at times. Overall, good experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. I would recommend

Me and my Mom came to Paris for her first time! Flying overnight the hotel was amazing about getting her in a room and settled. The front desk people a very nice and helpful. The breakfast with the stay is well worth it and everything looked clean and relaxing. The room as big for Europe and I had a room with a nice patio. Only downside is i can’t figure out if the AC works because I like rooms cold. The distance is t bad but Uber is cheaper than Taxi. Its little difference but you get a solid hotel in return. Perfect for a sexy trip to Paris to be low key.

Very convenient location. Metro line 9 station Porte de Saint Cloud is across the road. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Clean rooms though not very big sufficient for 1 or couple. Breakfast is good. Coffee is complementary through out. Have a small bar and some basic food. Locality is good and restaurants, stores are available in walking distance. Enjoyed my stay.

Personal: Insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber teilweise beim Frühstück recht überfordert, da für diese Aufgabe nur eine Person vorgesehen war (4 von 5) Zimmer: Größtenteils sauber, aber leider sehr schlecht isoliert. Hat man die Heizung über die Nacht ausgedreht, wacht man am nächsten Morgen vor Kälte zitternd auf. Lässt man sie an, schwitzt man sehr. Das Bad ist für ein 2 Personen Zimmer zu klein und ungemütlich, generell aber sehr schön und modern. Das Zimmer als Ganzes ist recht klein (2 von 5) Frühstück: Sehr überschaubar, geschmacklich nicht schlecht, aber oftmals kein Platz oder Besteck mehr zu Verfügung, da das Hotelpersonal ( eine Person ) nicht nachkommt. (3 von 5) Der Eiffelturmstil ist recht schön, jedoch sind die Hoteltoiletten, genauso, wie die Zimmereinrichtung nicht schön. Zusätzliche Informationen: Wir waren für 3 Tage in dem Hotel und hatten 3 Handtücher zur Verfügung ( 2 Personen ). Ein Angebot für zusätzliche oder generelle Informationen dazu, gab es nicht. Ebenfalls für die Reinigung nicht. Insgesamt eher 2,5 von 5 Sterne (unabhängig vom Preis)

Wir verbrachten 7 Tage im Boulogne Hotel, um die wunderschöne Stadt Paris zu erkunden. Das Hotel war genau richtig, die Lage war großartig, da die Metro nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, von dort aus kann man überall in Paris hinfahren. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Bäckereien in der Nähe, sodass Sie Ihr Apartment mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile und Mikrowelle genießen können. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und ausgezeichnet, Sie können mit ihnen entweder an der Rezeption oder über Skype über das Tablet in Kontakt treten, das sie in Ihrem Zimmer/Apartment aufgestellt haben. Wir waren eine Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und Kindern, also kann ich es auch für Familien empfehlen. Gut gemacht, Team Boulogne A++
