"I absolutely loved this Hotel, I stayed for 9 nights and didn’t want to leave!!! The staff are all amazing, so helpful and friendly. The rooms are practical and very comfortable, mine even had a little kitchenette behind cupboard doors , which I made good use of. The room also had a washing machine. A yummy breakfast was served to my room every morning. There is a cafe on site with very nice pastries including many Gluten Free products. And the steam room/ sauna/ spa area is to die for, exactly what you need at the end of a day out doing winter sports. But the thing that made this hotel stand out the most was the wonderful service from all the staff."

"Tolle Unterkunft, sauber und komfortabel, exzellentes Frühstück, sehr schöne Gemeinschaftsräume, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowie Fahrradabstell- und Waschmöglichkeiten. Alles war perfekt. Wenn ich überhaupt etwas bemängeln müsste: Die Zimmer liegen zur Straße hin, sodass man die vorbeifahrenden Autos hört. Ohrstöpsel sind hier eine gute Lösung. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel On arrival we were offered help with our bags. Normally I don’t bother but as we had a large heavy suitcase and bike box I agreed. A very friendly concierge helped us with our luggage to our room The room was junior suite and was very comfortable Use of robes and slippers were available which are great when using the hotels spa facilities. If you use the pool however you need to wear swimming caps but you are able to purchase them from reception at 3€. The pool was beautiful Large sized, warm with amazing views of mountains. Large slide doors which opened to allow you out on loungers to sun bathe The sauna, steam room downstairs was great however the jacuzzi jets seemed to lack a bit of power. There was a good selection at breakfast and I’m being picky but could have had more healthy cereal choices, oats, sugar free muesli There was a large selection of cakes which is a treat but not what I want every morning The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if only for the spa facilities"

"Stayed here for two nights with a friend as a bolt hole to drive around the Alps. The hotel is well located for all amenities in town. It's family run and the hosts are fantastic, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are immaculate and spacious with everything you need. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is great and all the produce seems to be high quality with a good selection and the nicest cakes. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay again."

"A worn-out hotel with small rooms and old interior. However, it is centrally located relative to the old town. There is private parking just across from the hotel. Some rooms have a view of the neighboring building, which is not very attractive. There is a lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast is very limited, and the service related to it is marked by some grumpy waitstaff. The service at the reception was fine."
