The restored two storey cottage is situated in a very private position, surrounded by woodland and with wonderful views particularly of Celle di Puccini, the village where Puccini was raised. 5 Minutes from shops and restaurants, less than half an hour from Lucca. Originally constructed in 1738 the cottage retains the atmosphere of a typical Tuscan farmhouse. Equipped with many modern appliances and features to ensure it is comfortable in both winter and summer alike. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room. Also in this room opens one of the windows of the eighteenth-century oratory. On the right of the landing there is a small entrance which opens onto the bathroom and the master bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The double bedroom is furnished with a wrought iron bed and a decorated wardrobe. From the entrance you can also access a small closet, which can be used as a storage room. Both rooms have an air conditioning system.The house is surrounded on three sides by the garden, with private pool of 5m x 10 m, shower, sunbeds and deckchairs.
