Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit, weiche Matratze und warmes Zubett.....,gern sieht man dann über kleine Unannehmlichkeiten durch die Baumaßnahmen vor dem Hotel hinweg. Wenn meine Gattin und ich 22 Jahre ohne Unterbrechung zu jedem Christkindlmarkt hier nächtigen, sagt das mehr als das Wort:”Danke”

Sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes Hotel direkt am Waltherplatz. Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang, die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren sehr freundlich und engagiert. Das Basiczimmer zum Innenhof war geräumig und stylisch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr frisch und sauber, ebenso das Zimmer als solches. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Parkgarage Walther mit direkter Zufahrt ( noch nicht in der eingeschränkten Verkehrszone). Durch einen Tunnel ist das Parkhaus mit dem Hotel verbunden. Das Ticket kann beim Auschecken beglichen werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und sehr lecker. Der Frühstücksservice zuvorkommend und schnell.

Wir haben mit vielen Freunden und Verwandten unser Hochzeitswochenende im Post Gries verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, äusserst sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, hell, hatte sogar einen Balkon und ein sehr schönes modernes Bad. Perfektes Frühstück, sogar auf der schönen Terrasse zu genießen, mit allem was das Herz begehrt (einzig: überpünktlich wurde das Buffet abgeräumt ;-)) Wir haben auch abends mal im Hotelrestaurant gegessen, Essen war äusserst gut, grosse Portion und von den freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen sehr schnell serviert. Lage: perfekt etwas ausserhalb der Altstadt, alles fussläufig und die Gegend in Gries ist wunderbar - mit schönen Strassen, Cafes und fast ein eigenes Dorf in der Stadt Bozen. Es soll noch erwähnt sein: Das Zimmermädchen, Frau Irene, war äusserst freundlich, genau und hat stets das Zimmer perfekt gemacht. Danke an das ganze Team vom Post Gries, gerne kommen wir wieder!

Im Juni haben wir zwei Nächte in einem der Apartments von Hörtenberg Homes verbracht. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen und wir können diese vor allem für Autofahrer nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann sein KFZ in der dazugehörigen Tiefgarage parken. Die Zimmer sind stimmig eingerichtet, sauber, klimatisiert und die Bedienung (Licht, Jalousien, etc) ist auf dem technisch letzten Stand. Man bekommt einen Zugangscode und mit diesem kann man sowohl die Tore der Garage, die Türen ins Zimmer und den Aufzug bedienen. Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden bei der nächsten Südtirol-Reise wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

This is a family-run hotel, and a lot of thought has evidently gone into making guests comfortable and attending to their needs. The hotel is pretty central and has its own parking, so is very convenient whether you are travelling by car or train. The decor is principally light coloured wood (for which the hotel won an award) with sympathetic colours throughout. The rooms have electrically controlled blackout blinds that rise from the base of the window so that you can still enjoy some daylight without being woken by the rising sun, and there is ample storage space. We stayed for five nights on a visit to Bolzano that was partly for business and partly for pleasure, and couldn’t have been happier with the service. The staff were especially helpful and went out of their way to help us resolve problems (with our hired car), making phone calls on our behalf and getting the information we needed, so that the stress of travel was kept to a minimum. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff, whatever their role, were unfailingly friendly and polite. The continental breakfast featured delicious home-made pastries and cakes- and even a glass of Prosecco if you wanted it! We would certainly stay there again.

Wem die Altstadt noch nicht geschichtsträchtig genug ist, der möge im Goldenstern Townhouse nächtigen. Teile des Gebäudes sind aus dem 14. Jahrhundert, das verwinkelte Treppenhaus verband einst zwei Gebäude (Laubenstraßenseite und Eingangsweite) und erschließt nun die Zimmer, die Lobby, den Frühstücksraum und die Dachterrasse (von der man übrigens einen tollen Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt hat). Man meint fast in einem Bild von Escher zu wandeln. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll im Detail und äußerst funktional eingerichtet. Modernes Bad in altem Gemäuer; Nischen, die wohl einst Kerzenlichtern dienten, sind zur Minibar umfunktioniert. Frühstück. Neben dem wiederum tollen Raum auch in der Auswahl und dem Umfang erste Wahl.

Complimenti alle ragazze della reception e le ragazze delle pulizie, molto professionali e gentilissime. Un po' meno l'albergo che purtroppo non è adatto a disabili. Segnalato su *********** con accesso disabili ma nemmeno entrati già trovi un gradino alto senza rampa d'accesso; il corridoio alle camere è stretto per passarci in carrozzina. Se non altro ci sono due parcheggi per disabili a pochi metri dall'albergo. La camera prenotata era piccola, anche se ci avevano avvertito in fase di prenotazione, ma non usando la carrozzina all'interno non è stato un grandissimo fastidio. Peccato che la camera ”famigliare” prenotata sia solamente una camera tripla, senza due ambienti separati. Bagno piccolo ma veramente molto pulito e doccia fantastica (anche se la nostra ventola era rotta). Colazione non inclusa (per volere mio) quindi non posso dare giudizio. Tutto sommato un soggiorno piacevole, basterebbero dei piccoli accorgimenti (set di cortesia più ampio, più servizi) per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno.

IIrwinDas Hotel ist ein sehr spezielles und einzigartiges Boutique-Hotel, das Sie aufhalten können. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da ich mit dem Zug reiste und es ist nahe dem Bahnhof und es ist auch nahe dem Hauptplatz mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants umgeben. Das beeindruckendste Merkmal des Hotels ist der schöne Garten, der ein Glashaus, Restaurant, Bar, Pool, Kunst usw. enthält. Es war auch in der Lage, ein Hotel-Bikes zu bekommen und besuchte in der Nähe ein interessantes Schloss. Das Zimmer ist groß, komfortabel, sauber, mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht auf die lokalen Berge in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war auch fabulös. Haben keine Beschwerden, sondern nur Komplimente für das Personal, Service und Einrichtungen. Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt und würde es wieder tun!

Die erlebten - gravierenden- Probleme während unseres Aufenthaltes im Hotel teilten wir nachträglich ( während unseres Aufenthaltes war leider keine kompetente Person des Personals zu sprechen) dem Hotel Managment mit. Ausser merkwürdigen Antworten erhielten wir leider kein befriedigendes feedback. Probleme waren u.a.: Die gebuchte und bezahlte(!) Junior Suite erhielten wir nicht, sondern nur eine wesentlich kleinere (Patzige Antwort des Personals:”wollen Sie etwa nachmessen?). Keinerlei vernünftige Antwort auf unsere Monierung! Sowohl auf der Abendessen-Rechnung als auch auf der Gesamtrechnung tauchten Positionen auf die wir nicht konsumiert hatten: z.B 2 zusätzliche Glas Franciacorta Sekt: eine Entschuldigung des Obers: leider nein, gab es nicht. Das Gleiche dann nochmals bei der Endabrechnung. Antwort des Hotel- Managers: Man habe den Hersteller des Programms kontaktiert. Also erstens: In solch einem Hotel erwarte ich- auch bei nur drei besetzten Tischen zum Abendessen, dass der Ober einen Plausibilitätscheck der Rechnung vornimmt und diese notfalls korrigiert!- im Übrigen: Programmfehler- und das passiert nur uns????? Weitere Kleinigkeiten: Eine aufgeführte ”Executive Lounge”, zu der man Zutritt haben sollte, gab es nicht. Antwort des Personals: keine Ahnung. Benannter Wasserkocher war auch erst auf Nachfrage verfügbar, etc. Hier klaffen Anspruch und Realität in wirklich eklatantem Maße auseinander!

Nach elf Uhr Abends ist die Rezeption abgeschlossen. Wenn Sie fertig sind, können Sie nur Lebensmittel in der Automatik kaufen. Nicht in der sehr zentralen Lage in Bolzano, aber nur wenige Kilometer von der Bahnhof entfernt, kann man mehr als zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Sie erreichen Bolzano Bozen, sobald Sie auf der Bahnstation sind, schnell, so dass es insgesamt zum Lago di Braies oder succeda noch sehr praktisch ist
