My experience was from the front desk and every other service that they offer. They upgraded my room for free and the room was spectacular. They added an extra touch by providing me with local fruits free of charge. At the front desk they volunteered to helped me plan the stay, routes, transportation, everything was great. At the restaurant I told them what I was looking for and asked them if they had it they didn’t have it on the many but they made it for me anyway, and every time I went afterwards even without me asking they kept making stuff specially for me without being on the menu. The gym, is way better than most fancy gyms you pay a high subscription for. The spa was amazing too. There’s so much. Absolutely everything that the hotel offers is great. And people were so friendly and kind and welcoming and treated me like A VIP, even though I look like a vagabond. They offer transportation which is great because it provides that extra level of safety and security

Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer im oberen Stock mit einem großen Walk-in-Dusche und komfortablem Bett und schönen Desk für die Arbeit an. Große Variation am Frühstück von Croissants und Brot zu Früchten mit sehr schönen Kaffee entweder aus dem Kupfer oder einer Maschine. Die Maschine war wirklich einer der besten! Super freundliches Personal und der Flughafen pickup, den ich bestellte war super einfach und gut wert. Fitness auf der Terrasse ist klein, aber ich war die einzige jemals zu benutzen. Die Außenterrasse hat große Aussichten und kann windig werden, so vielleicht ist es deshalb auch nicht viel verwendet.

Such a wonderful, warm, beautiful hotel. Located in a wonderful neighbourhood, connected to a nice mall, and walking distance to a beautiful weekend market that is open on the weekends. Such kind staff (house keeping, restaurant, front desk, security). Wonderful breakfast (pastries, bread, fresh juice, best eggs I have ever eaten, deli meat, coffee) and 30 minute ride to Chapinero and 10 minute ride to a nearby mall. You can take taxi or Uber and they will even arrive an airport transport (93000 pesos pickup, 70000 pesos depart). I stayed in a suite and it’s bigger than my apartment in the states, comfortable bed. Warm water and very clean. They also have a deal for a free drink at the bar if you don’t utilise house keeping for a day (I am not drinking right now so I didn’t utilise that deal). This was my fourth time in Colombia, but I will return to this hotel. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Vermutlich das beste Hilton Hotel, in dem ich bisher war. Sehr freundliches Personal, super Organisation, großes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Alle haben sich laufend um unsere Kinder gekümmert und Hilfe angeboten. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und absolut sauber, es gibt eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Babybett passt noch bequem ins Zimmer (und war kostenlos). Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Haben den Wäscheservice genutzt, taggleiche Lieferung und fairer Preis. Late Check Out war ebenfalls möglich. Die Executive Lounge verdient den Namen, es gibt eine große Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben direkt wieder für Januar gebucht.

This hotel is amazing, the suites are HUGE. Bigger than my first apartment. Really enjoy all of the amenities. The staff are very helpful, especially Camillo at the front desk. He helped me with food recommendations and also ordering room service (my Spanish is terrible). I've stayed here twice and it will be my choice for any subsequent trips to Bogota.

Excellent hotel in good location. The gym, sauna and really large pool are something different. Checkin very professional and friendly, always willing to help. Breakfast is amazing with all the fruits in the world. The service of Gloria and others is excellent as well Rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities needed.

Meine jüngste Grand Hyatt Bogota war angenehm. Großes Personal. Eines der ruhigsten Hotels, die ich geblieben habe. Neben dem Flugverkehr. Große Aussichten aus den großen vollen Glaswänden. Frühstück war ausreichend hätte ein paar weitere Artikel verwendet werden können. Bar-Objekte ein wenig preiswert.

Wow! Now this is an amazing hotel! Incredible services and staff. From the minute you arrive you will be greeted by a representative that will help you with whatever you need. They also have hotel sponsored transportation. It costs 2X more than Uber but is safe and roomy. Basically, it is a Hyundai Santa Fe but rebranded for Colombia (XLV). The staff is amazing. Smiling the entire time and extremely helpful. They have a small jogging trail map to use but I would recommend doing some research before you arrive. Also on Sunday the street in front of the hotel becomes a two way street instead of a one way street. I had room 324 which had a small balcony that didn't really have a view but allowed me to get fresh air. The restaurant on the ground floor is fantastic and the surrounding area is really nice. A Dunkin Donut shop is just a block away and Zone G is a nice place to walk around. I felt completely safe, but use your street smarts. Don't be flashy and don't flash your phone. Great place to stay. Very pricey $$$$ but worth it if you can spoil yourself! Way to go Bogota and Colombia.

I just want to say that my experience at this gem of a hotel was delightful. My first time in Bogotá and I traveled there for work with limited ability to speak Spanish. The hotel staff made me feel right at home. The Cornelia restaurant on the first floor was cozy and the meals were delicious. I had the tilapia on night one the pollo con crema on night 2 and tried some beef on night 3. Each was so tasty and served with a smile. The breakfast included traditional arepa and I loved it. To get back to the airport, they arranged a taxi and he was there 15 minutes before the time I requested so that it was a smooth transition from the hotel to the airport. I highly recommend the BlueDoors and wish it great success.

Ausgezeichneter Service, von allen Mitarbeitern; sie gingen oben und darüber, um meinen Aufenthalt angenehm und komfortabel zu machen. Nahezu alle, großes Essen und Getränke. Das Spa war an der Stelle, danke Karen. Schließlich kann ich Stevan nicht genug für alle Details und den ausgezeichneten Service danken, den er im Exekutivlounge angeboten hat. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr und wird sicher bald wiederkommen.

Información imprecisa en la reservación. Reservé una habitación con vistas a la montaña y se negaron a dármela así hubieran visto mi reserva en la aplicación. Decía que incluía sauna y es parte del Spa entonces cobran. Además la reserva suponía un pago completo y al final cobraron los impuestos que no están incluidos o al menos advertidos en la publicación del hotel en la app, tampoco fueron capaces de advertirlo tan pronto se registra uno en el hotel. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas, buenas instalaciones, amabilidad del personal, pero toda esa experiencia se daña con información engañosa y gastos inadvertidos.
