The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Aufenthaltserfahrung im Hotel. Service und Einrichtungen waren sehr nett mit hoher Qualität Toiletten. Essen ist gut, aber einige sind ziemlich blenden, ein wenig mehr Salz und Gewürze wäre schön. Aber sicherlich wird hier wieder bleiben, wenn die Chance geboten ist

Diese Hoteleinrichtung ist sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Frische Luft und sauberer Rasen. Es ist sehr gut geeignet, um hier das Wochenende oder den Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen. Aber der Weg zum Hotel ist nicht gut. Es ist sehr holprig und die Steigung ist steil. Ein gutes Auto und ein gutes Fahrkönnen sind zum Fahren hier bevorzugt. Die Ausstattung dieses Hotels ist sehr gut. Das ganze Hotel liegt sehr ruhig im Col. Das Schieben des Fensters ist die frische Luft und der grüne Rasen. Natürlicher Sauerstoffriegel. Es ist sehr gut geeignet, um ein Wochenende oder einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen. Aber der Weg zum Hotel ist nicht gut, schroff und steil. Wenn Sie hier fahren, ist es am besten, ein gutes Auto und gute Fahrkünste zu haben.

Das erste Mal im Büroversammlungsveranstaltung im Jambuluwuk Puncak Resort war sehr beeindruckend. Der Platz ist cool und komfortabel, die Aussicht ist schön, das Zimmer ist schön 1 Villa hat 3 oder 4 Zimmer mit Toilette in jedem Zimmer und Pantry, komplette Einrichtungen gibt es einen Pool 4 Lagen, ein Fischbad, ein Hall in einigen Lagen, Innenraum Futsal Platz, Café & Billard, Tv. Service ist freundlich, der Ort ist leicht zu erreichen und nicht zu den Peak gejammert werden. Ich werde sicherlich mit meiner Familie auf Urlaub wieder dorthin gehen.

Hotel was in a great location not far from toll exit. Food was great , i specially love hainam chicken rice at breakfast and they have many selection of eggs corner, not just omellet or sunny side up..but they have eggs benedict, salisbury eggs and many more my kids love to play at kids club and outdoor activities... will come back for sure

整體感覺不好。別墅院子很小。花草雜亂無章。感覺進了荒屋一樣。整個園藝設計不整潔。雜亂無章的感覺。加上又是下雨天。濕氣重。被子感覺濕濕的。沒有任何視野可觀。深居山裡。如果喜歡深居山裡那是可以去體驗

This is not the first time we stay in this hotel and we always loves to stay in Pesona Alam. The room is okay (a bit small) and I personally think that they need to do some minor renovation to the room. The breakfast is great (lots of variety which we love). However, the check out time took forever. The staff were very slow. They charged 300 thousand rupiah for teh deposit and when they returned the money the staff said that they don't have small changes of 20 thousand. And it also happens to the person before me (and maybe after me as well). Suggestion to the hotel: prepare small changes if you charge deposit! We stayed in Pesona Alam but we visited the newer hotel next to it (Botanica Sanctuary). We tried their afternoon tea and we love it! View wise, Personal Alam has better mountain view. Overall, we enjoy our stay here.
