AMAZING LITTLE HOTEL !!! Beautiful location ! We have stayed here for 1 night I wish it was more . They looked after us soo well. We came in to drop the luggages off and have a look around in the city. I made a mistake with the booking instead of 2 people I only booked for 1 , so we were a little worried what will happen as it was fully booked . By the time we came back to the hotel to check in the lovely receptionist (wish I knew her name because she was very helpful and friendly ) said she managed to get us a room for 2. The rooms view was beautiful ! The bed was super comfy, the room was very clean and spotless so does the commune areas . The next day the breakfast was delicious and refreshing and waiters were friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to stay here again ! Thank you again for this amazing experience.

Hotel in 2 Teilen. Welcher Park schöner ist, können Sie in der Beschreibung des Hotels nachlesen. Dort sind die Zimmer besser. Aber für ein oder zwei Nächte ist es überhaupt nicht kritisch. Bei der Buchung ist es unmöglich zu verstehen, wohin Sie gehen werden. Sie können Ihre Wünsche schreiben, aber es gibt keine Garantien. Das Frühstück ist großartig - Obst, Säfte, eine große Auswahl an Getränken in der Kaffeemaschine, eine große Auswahl an Snacks. Die Wellnessanlage ist alt, renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem im Bereich der Saunen, viele davon funktionieren nicht, der Geruch ist unangenehm. Die Pools sind NICHT mit Thermalwasser, aber Sie können mit Whirlpool und Unterwassermassage schwimmen.

Die Zahl, wie im Bild, alles ist da. Aber. Aber!!!! Die Türverriegelung ist gebrochen, nicht repariert, das Zimmer hat sich nicht geändert. Die Tür zum Badezimmer ist nicht geschlossen. Nahrung in einem anderen Gebäude, Minuten in 5-10 vom Hotel, normal, von 7 bis 10, aber bis 9.40 gibt es wenig übrig. Betten, Betten, Kissen sind gut, sowie im Allgemeinen stilvoll gemacht, aber auf den Wänden schon ein wenig Krack.

這家距離老城不遠的酒店，可能是大部分來此遊客的首選，住了一晚體驗感還算尚可，總體來説性價比算高的😁酒店下面還有着一家200多年歷史的酒窖博物館（需預約併購買對應套餐）➕披頭士博物館（60軟妹幣/人） 設施： 訂了復古雙床房，實際房間沒有照片看上去大，兩個28寸大行李箱一開，走路有點空間有點捉襟見肘🧳 床墊是彈力軟床🛏️腰不好的朋友不一定會喜歡，被子偏小，小女子身高166cm都覺得有點短，不過櫥櫃裏有毯子，實在腿長那就毯子來湊🤣 衞生：洗手間乾濕分離，空間不算大，熱水足水壓大🚿洗臉枱旁的排鈎相對實用，女生文具多嘛🥰牙刷牙膏都須自帶，環保這點還是很贊同歐洲酒店的🏨 環境：儘量避免靠路邊的房間，晚上車來車往睡眠淺的人妥妥被吵醒，別問我怎麼知道的💤老酒店當然隔音也不是最好，所以介意的朋友，預訂需注意🙂 服務：前台的Alexandra小姐姐人美又nice，總的來説服務體驗在歐洲算是不錯的☺️酒店早餐種類也算豐富，推薦德式小香腸和歐姆雷炒蛋，吃飽了才有力氣好好遊歷這座美麗又富有歷史的老城呀！

Expensive and disappointing. Emailed the day before arrival to say we would be arriving late and would there be any food options available. No reply. Arrived at 9.30pm to be told at reception that the restaurant was closed. We discovered at 10.07pm that room service was available but closed at 10pm. No mention of room service at reception. Thanks guys. On the only upside the breakfast and evening buffet was plentiful, with a good selection and pretty tasty. The rest was a huge disappointment. The design and decor was drab and very dated. For some reason heavy net curtains were drawn in the restaurant blocking out an amazing view. Why? It made this room dark and claustrophobic. In the spar half of the available space was given over to kids (fair enough). In the ”adults section” lots of signs saying no children under 12yrs yet there were millions of very young children splashing around making it really annoying. No lifeguards around to enforce the signage. Parking is a farce. Guests have to pay so the whole area is littered with cars as parking outside the hotel is free! I had heard that the locals hate the hotel. It is not difficult to see why. Is it a huge slab of a building carved out of a natural hillside and forest with seemingly no desire to blend in to the natural beauty of the place. As for the salthill, which signs proudly announce can only be found in two other places on earth, well it's stuffed up a corner and dominated by the hotel. Currently sitting in a 45min queue waiting to check out. Bloody farce. Won't be coming back.
