The service was good and the hotel looks really good. Hotel amenities are great. I didn’t try the food but the eating area was very clean. The room was spacious but not handicapped as requested. No handicap rails around the toilet which made it very hard to use the bathroom. The room needs a good cleaning too. The walls have spots on them and sticker residue is on the headboard. (You can tell a child loved their heart shaped stickers 🙂)

I've stayed here a couple of times a year for several years staying 4-6 days at a time. The room is OK, nice to have a fridge and kitchen. But everything else is really going downhill. Breakfast is a complete joke. Some breakfast sandwiches which have been under the heat lamp for hours. OJ is SunnyD (which is basically orange water with sugar). The TV service is nuts. 150 channels but no local channels. No guide. The guide that is onscreen does not match the actual channel. Want to surf 150 channels to find ESPN2 - not happening. Too bad this is my last stay here.

Suite was well-appointed with thoughtful details. Kitchen, roll out dining table. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that wasn't so good waas the free breakfast. Granted, it was free but they made everything way too far in advance so breakfast sandwiches were dry and hard as were the breads, etc. The only thing you could make fresh was a waffle.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Waited over an hour past check in time because our room wasn’t ready. Asked for some type of accommodation and the front desk said they can’t and the manager isn’t in because they left for the day and won’t answer their phone. Great management right there. The sign in the lobby literally says please let us know how your stay is so we can accommodate you or get a free night on us. So they really stand by that I see. Ran out of shampoo by the 3rd day and it never got refilled so I’m thankful we packed our own. The breakfast was mid, the keyless room key never worked and our actual card key stopped working by day 4. At home I noticed an additional $150 charge from the hotel and when I called about it the manager isn’t in all weekend and they said my bathroom door was broken. The door that all of us used all week and that morning before we checked out. The front desk said I can call sales and of course no answer I had to leave a voicemail. Contacting Hilton for this as I see in other reviews the manager and sales person don’t reply back to anyone.

Stayed here only because of a sports tournament, it was on a list of recommended options. It had an overwhelming, unpleasant smell upon entry-trying to disguise a bad smell with a floral spray. The rooms weren’t super clean. There was a remnant of something on the pullout bed’s mattress, and a child’s neon glow necklace from a prior stay. The soap dispenser was entirely empty in the shower. Called “guest services” to replace it at 6:30am (no bars of soap available) but no one answered. Went down to front desk at 6:45am, asked for it to be replaced by noon after our tournament, and had to call down again because it still hasn’t been replaced when we got back. Towels were small, thin and frayed. Air conditioner had a leaky hiss noise for 30 minutes upon turning it on. Breakfast was really disappointing to similar properties that offer free breakfast. Bananas were browning. There were only 2 tables in the breakfast area for 5 floors of families, many leaving at the same time for sports events. The outdoor “fire pit” doesn’t work…it is just for show. Overall, really disappointing, especially for a facility representing a Hilton property.

Will never even consider booking with this hotel ever again. I had booked one night (tomorrow) for a business trip through my Credit Card account. I unfortunately needed to cancel my trip as my father was admitted to the ICU yesterday and I reached out to my carrier in an attempt to cancel given the circumstances or at least see if I could move the booking. After initially being told yesterday that we’d need to call back to speak to the hotel manager, when the carrier did do so the next day the manager was absolutely unwilling to make an exception. Hope you enjoy the $153 dollars you cost me in the midst of such a difficult situation. You’ll never receive another dime from me again. Absolutely terrible way to treat a customer.

Have stayed at this hotel since it opened. Front desk is great as well as housekeeping and breakfast staff. Recently tried to contact the Sales manager and General manager about a rate difference charged. Left messages but somehow they don't seem like it warrants their attention. Follow up 08/04/23. After speaking with Hilton Customer Care, it appears the manager closed out the complaint with no resolution. I have been a Diamond member for years and this is by far one of the worst experiences I've had. Good luck if you chose this property for your stays, there are plenty of other choices in the area.

We stayed in rm 222 it was dirty the door never closed properly the tv never worked it was called in and nothing was done. 6+ for the room I would love to have stayed somewhere else not worth it!. Some cities have to be better than this.

I stay at a lot of H2S because they are relatively new and well maintained. This one was in the bottom half of my experiences. Mgmt can improve some things. First, housekeeping. There was a used washcloth ( with little hairs on it) in the shower. Eew eew. Big miss by cleaning service. After that I needed a coffee and found no creamers. Annoying but nothing compared to the washcloth. Second, lobby. It had a cloying odor of an uncle who way oversprayed his cologne. It was so strong that I couldn’t eat breakfast in there. What are they trying to cover up? What management might not be able to improve is, first, the breakfast. The precooked egg with cheese was horrid. To their credit, they had scrambled eggs, which were only bad. But better than the preformed eggs. Second, the walls are very thin. I heard my neighbors apple phone alarm going off this morning. So if you are a light sleeper, beware. Overall I really like H2S and choose it whenever I can, but this was a substandard representation of the product.
