We stayed at this property for a long weekend in the Twin Cities. The location is great for accessing shops and eateries, and the free parking is a plus. However, the service was disappointing. When we called the front desk to request new batteries for one of the TV remotes, the response we received was, “We’ll get to it when we get to it,” with noticeable attitude. We ended up buying our own batteries. Additionally, there was no housekeeping service during our three-night stay. The suite was clean but somewhat outdated. I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels, and this was the first time I encountered this level of poor service.

Staff is very professional and courteous, location is great, and the van service to/ from the airport was on point. Room has refridge/ freezer which was a plus for us, breakfast was okay and the room was in good condition overall.I highly recommend this hotel especially for airport transport and convenience.

Loved this hotel. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good. They offer delicious omelets. Shuttle service to the airport is very convenient. I recommend this hotel 100%.

I arrived shortly after 3pm. My gps guided me nicely to the location, and along with looking at maps beforehand, I had a good idea of how to get to the front desk area. I parked right outside the front desk area. The lobby is on the 2nd floor as you walk in, either via the elevator, or an easy walk up the stairs. I was greeted right away, and was in my room right away. I was informed there was free underground parking, the entrance ramp located closer to the adjacent grocery store. Since there was predicted snow for overnight, I did park in the underground ramp, and it was a breeze. An elevator goes up to the surface, and to the hotel lobby. My room was clean, comfortable, looked good, and it smelled good. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. The rooms heater worked well. And I was able to shut it off overnight, to keep it quiet for sleeping. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, just by the entrance to the hotel. There are also a couple other restaurants within walking distance. And the grocery store across the parking lot. Walked by most of all of these, but did not stop in. Breakfast was good. Perhaps it’s just me, but the hot breakfast items were not very hot at all. Maybe I should’ve microwaved the items I chose. There is probably a microwave close by, but I did not look for one. The breakfast was my only downer of this visit. And oddly enough I stayed at another H2S property 3 nights later, in IL, and I had the same issue with the hot breakfast items. Ugh! Everyone I had contact with from this property was very nice, and helpful. I might consider returning to this property if the price was right. Otherwise only because of the breakfast, I might look elsewhere.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in November. The hotel is very pleasant and clean with friendly staff, a good breakfast bar and located in a nice area in Bloomington close to many amenities and lots of good shopping. Not to mention the pool and hot tub - we would definitely recommend a stay here in Bloomington!

Had a quick one night stay here - it seems like the property is relatively new - everything is very modern and fresh. Rooms are spacious, clean, breakfast was good, and the little shopping area the hotel was in was great for dinner. Plenty of parking - will definitely stay here again.

I got off work late and didn't feel like driving home, so I booked here. It took longer than normal to get checked in because of technical difficulties, but the wait was totally worth it. Julie at the front desk was so sweet and kind and worked diligently to work out the kinks. The room looked immaculate and had everything I needed for a restful and joyful stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!

Booked 4 nights with the family here. We checked in later in the evening and found tons of little bugs all over the floor. When I went to the front desk to tell them, their first response was “would you like some spray?”. I obviously denied that and asked for another room. After being transferred to another room, I entered and immediately found the same problem. Went back to the front desk, and they transferred us again. This time we were downgraded from the king suite we booked, but fortunately no bugs.. The front desk said there was nothing they could do to help us as it was booked online through a travel site. Hilton rewards were added to our account with enough rewards to earn ourself a pillow and a blanket for our next stay. Would not recommend staying here.

We chose this hotel as it was located across the road from the Mall of America and provided a free shuttle bus service to the airport. Our room was compact, but nice and provided everything we needed for an overnight stay. In hotel dining was limited but we found a restaurant about 400m away that provided a good dinner and we enjoyed the night's sleep we had in the hotel. After the complimentary breakfast it was an easy process to use the shuttle bus to get to the airport.
