Hotel Sheraton

We have been a couple of times to the sheraton. We have stayed in the king suite may 2024.it was a beautiful room but extremely hot even with fans on. This time we stayed in the princess suite which has air con and what a difference it makes. Room was always nice and cool. The hotel is nice and clean and the food was excellent, great breakfast and plenty of choice for evening meal which was always nice and hot. The entertainment at night was good. The staff were lovely, special mention for Laura, the waitress in the restaurant and resteraunt manager, cant remember her name. We are coming back at the end of September and staying in the new junior suite, hopefully not to hot then. We would come back again in summer but only if we could manage to book the princess suite with air con. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back again.

Very enjoyable stay at the Sheraton, our 3rd time this year, thanks for our discount for being repeat guests. We enjoyed the excellent service by all the staff special thanks to Keeley who kindly found & returned my scarf. The entertainment was very enjoyable, but prefer the normal room entertainment room, not the dining room, but a wedding was held so it had to be changed. The 2 singers Adam Parker Brown & the Shirley Bassey tribute were both excellent. Hopefully see you in 2025, thank you everyone.

Surprisingly good. Very stylish,comfortable and lush surroundings. Twin rooms compact but comfortable beds. Food was very nice with a good selection available. There seemed to be a shortage of waiting on staff. The bar staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was very very hot upstairs in the rooms and corridors, underfloor heating which the staff said could not be altered as on a set timer. The weather outside was unusually mild for the time of year. I especially liked the adult only lounge. Lots of street parking available. We had a great weekend
