Great Stay.. Asiri was extremely welcoming and showed us to our room,which was spotlessly clean and fresh, tea and coffee and biscuits were provided and the pint of fresh milk was a lovely touch..the bed was so comfy so had a great night's sleep. The complimentary cereals, fruit,tea and coffee in the communal lounge again is a bonus.. All in all a great place, near to everything but on a quiet road with parking outside and very easy to find from the motorway.. highly recommend

Stayed for one night. When we arrived the hotel manager was so friendly and showed us to our room. The room was very clean and complimentary water, tea & coffee and proper milk on the fridge. There was in room wifi. The reception room had complimentary cereals, tea & coffee facilities. Lovely experience and great value for money, would highly recommend this friendly clean hotel with lovely staff.

My husband and I came for a long weekend for our wedding anniversary and to take advantage of the bank holiday. This is a really lovely B&B and Darren is wonderful - very friendly and really helpful. The breakfast is really good too! This is a great location - very central to everything you would want.

Stayed for one night Easter Saturday. Booked 4 rooms for 8 people. Owner Daz was extremely helpful. Rooms and en suites were spotless and good sizes. Bottled Water, Tea, Coffee & Hot Chocolate were provided in all rooms with fresh milk. They even put a carton of juice and an Easter chocolate bunny for my 9 year old daughter who was in the triple room with us. Breakfast was superb with most of us having a full English and the kids having freshly made pancakes with bacon and maple syrup which they loved. Overall great owners, great location, spotlessly clean and great breakfast. You will be hard pressed to find somewhere better. To be honest I have stayed in 5 star hotels which weren’t as clean and had better service than Le Papillon. Keep it up guys. Will always book here in the future when visiting Blackpool.

Been for the weekend it's the second time in useing this hotel Daz and jo are the perfect hosts they are very friendly being greeted every morning at breakfast by Daz and is friendly smile and exealante nature The choice of breckfasts is very good and the rooms are very clean well looked after the beds so comfortable So you going to Blackpool this hotel is the place to make any stay perfect

Just got home after a wonderful stay in Le Papillion. Daz and Jo made us feel very welcome. Their BnB is a short walk from the Tower and attractions, it is newly decorated and feels lovely, fresh and light. The bedrooms were well appointed with very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay here, the breakfasts were gorgeous and really set us up for the day. We would not stay anywhere else in Blackpool now. Thank you

Booked April 2014 (easter) for 3 nights. My husband, me and our 2.5 year old .The things everyone needs to know: Near to all attractions/trams, parking available and the room we stayed in (double with ajoining room) brilliantly clean, as described and comfortable. Fresh towels, beds made, bottled water every day with tea and coffee. Everything being there that was listed, television with controls, Freeview, hairdryer, wi-fi etc. The breakfast was amazing, better than a lot of other B&B's for a few reasons: Great choice, civilised hour served, perfectly cooked and so fast, I have no idea how the lady does it- especially when on one occasion everyone came down at 5 minute intervals and she still managed to be no more than 10 minutes for each group. The 'Beyond' bit is because our daughter had a tummy bug on the 1st night we got there , she had vomiting and diarrhoea. Hazel was very understanding and even washed all our soiled bed wear as well as sheets etc. We were truely upset to have this happen and it was eased by her sympathetic and kind response. When we return to brilliant Backpool this is the ONLY place we would consider :-) Thank You

Greeted at the door, filled in a form and were shown to our room. Host seemed to speak little English and we were a little put off when we were handed a cleaning wipe. Maybe it’s a thing they do in home countries, just felt a little odd to us. The room was lovely. Windows open, fresh clean smelling bedding and absolutely spotless. Pillows firm and comfortable, mattress a little soft for my liking but that’s personal choice. Large TV. Room had a fridge, kettle, bottles of water, selection of coffee, tea, biscuits etc and we were offered fresh milk for hot drinks, a lovely touch. On street parking outside, we had no problem getting parked at 4pm, but no spaces when we went for something to eat and returned around 8pm. Plenty of parking on nearby streets though. The hotel is on a busy road, especially used by taxis most of the night, I presume a lot were avoiding the illumination traffic.Lots of passing revellers and undesirables shouting, this probably wouldn’t disturb you if you close the windows but I like them open. Overall a lovely space to stay and we will return!

What a great experience it was! One of the premium properties in Lonavala with a poolside view from Deluxe rooms. The property was so clean and hygienic, with great hospitality by them. The staff was too cooperative with us. They also have villa available with Jacuzzi at the terrace. What a great experience it was being here !!
