Hotels in Bintan mit Pool

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt im Banyan Tree Bintan. Wir wurden durch einen Freund darauf aufmerksam gemacht das es ein Luxusresort in Top Lage sei. Wir kamen mit der Fähre aus Singapur an und wurden am Hafen Terminal begrüßt und in einer Limousine zum Hotel gefahren. Auch im Hotel ging alles sehr professionell und zügig mit dem Check-in. Als wir unsere Villa mit Meerblick mitten im Dschungel von außen sahen, waren wir begeistert. Von innen war es eher enttäuschend. Es roch ziemlich mies nach Feuchtigkeit, Schimmel und war seit langer Zeit nicht mehr gelüftet worden. Das Bett war zwar sauber und frisch bezogen mit zerrissenem und schmutzigem Moskitonetz. Aber und nun kommt das aber: Es war sehr staubig, die Fenster und Rollos sehr dreckig voller Flecken, der Boden voller Staubmäuse und toter Insekten. Wenn etwas auf den Boden fiel und wir es aufhoben war es voller Schmutz. Draussen auf der Terrasse gab es zwei Liegen am Pool / Whirlpool, einen Gartentisch mit 4 Stühlen. Alles ziemlich dreckig. Die Stühle schmierig, die Polster auf den Stühlen voller Flecken, schmutzig, schmierig und versifft. Der Tisch mit einer Glasplatte genauso. Man wollte sich da garnicht hinsetzen. Und der Fussboden voller Tierkot. Das Wasser im Pool voller toter Insekten, Haare, Dreck usw. Erst nach der 2. Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer und die Terrasse ( oberflächlich ) „gesäubert“ . Das einzig gute in diesem Hotel war das Personal, immer sehr freundlich, einfach tadellos. Das erste Abendessen nahmen wir im Restaurant Treetops ein: Extrem teuer ( es darf gerne auch teuer sein wenn das essen gut ist ) wir haben selten so schlecht gegessen! Das Frühstück wurde auch im Treetops serviert. Für ein Luxushotel ist das Frühstück unbefriedigend. Das Brot kam aus der Verpackung und war nicht aufgebacken, man aß quasi halb vorgebackenes Brot. Es gab viele kleine Schälchen aber alles aus der Dose oder dem Gefrierfach. Das Obst schmeckte nach nichts. Der Tee zum Frühstück schmeckte nach Wasser mit Farbe. Am 4. Abend dachten wir okay wir bestellen mal nichts asiatisches wir nehmen ne Pizza Margherita vielleicht schmeckt der ja, aber nein das war einfach gefrorener Blätterteig mit 4 Scheiben Tomaten und ein paar Käse krümelchen und kostet umgerechnet 24,62€. Das schlechte Essen gilt für alle Restaurants in der ganzen Anlage ( momentan 4 Restaurants ) Das meiste besteht aus Convinience und fertig Soßen ! In jedem deutschen Asia Fastfood Restaurant ißt man besser. Eine Flasche Wasser kostet umgerechnet 9,05€!! Man fühlt sich verarscht und abgezockt ich finde kein anderes Wort dafür. Es mag sein das diese Anlage einmal ein Luxus Resort war, aber heute ist es definitiv keins mehr! Natürlich sind die Villen inmitten des Dschungels und dem Meer der Witterung ausgesetzt aber das rechtfertigt den Dreck und Schmutz nicht. Ich erwarte von einem Luxus Resort saubere Flächen und Böden, ich möchte mich überall hinsetzen und liegen können ohne ekel zu empfinden! Bei diesen Preisen muss das Essen einfach gut schmecken. Es kann nicht sein das man in allen Restaurant die Speisekarte durch bestellt und feststellt das alles einfach nur schlecht ist. Man soll gerne essen und nicht jedesmal nach dem essen einen Fenchel oder Kamillentee ( den hatte ich selbst mitgebracht ) brauchen, weil man Übelkeit und Sodbrennen nach dem essen hatte. Verglichen mit anderen Luxus Resorts ist das hier einfach nur eine Unverschämtheit und enttäuschend.

The whole experience was very amazing. The service was excellence! From the moment we stepped foot into Bintan Ferry terminal, we were greeted by the friendly staff and they just made us feel comfortable till the moment we stepped foot out of Bintan Ferry terminal. The moment we stepped on board the bus, we were given biscuit and cold towels and not forgetting the free wifi throughout our 75mins journey to the Resort. When we reached we were greeted by friendly staff and immediately we were lead to a room for our welcome drinks and check-in. The check-in process was fast but no room were available at 11 plus. We were told that our room would only be available at 2pm (it is already earlier as check-in timing is at 3pm) and the staff had advised us to walk around and go for our lunch first during the waiting time. It the end, we managed to get our lunch at 1pm (earlier then what they told us). What I like about the resort is that they update their activies and replies all through whatsapps. When we entered into your room, our luggage was already delivered there and the aircons were on. So it was already cooling.....weather in Bintan is HOT in Dec. Hahhahaa. The room was very beautiful and spacious. It was so amazing and romantic. It really make me don't want to leave the room. The food there was nice too. Although there is only two restaurant but they do have a great range of variety. And every evening, they have different dinner theme. The night I was there they had pasar malam night. Food stalls were setup at the open with tables and chairs and understand from the staff that the following night they were doing BBQ by the sea. Too bad, I'm only there for a night. They also have a huge breakfast spread. There are live music at the pool bar. Beside drinks, there are food serve there too. The live music is GREAT! It is really a pleasant stay!

Habe meine Familie für einen kurzen Wochenendausflug mitgebracht und den Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert. Der Strand war sauber und ein guter Ort zum Entspannen und Spazierengehen. Meine Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Schwimmen im Meer und im Pool. Der Pool ist groß, schön gestaltet und verfügt über einen Whirlpool. Der Service im Resort ist wirklich hervorragend, denn man erkannte, dass es der Geburtstag meiner Mutter war, schenkte uns einen kostenlosen Geburtstagskuchen und schickte ihn wie gewünscht um Mitternacht auf unser Zimmer. Schade, dass alle meine Kinder nicht kooperierten, da sie sich weigerten, die Augen zu öffnen und für ihre Oma zu singen. Haha An dem Tag, als wir auscheckten, wurde mir klar, dass ich vergessen hatte, meinen Reisepass mitzunehmen, der im Safe in meinem Zimmer verschlossen war. Das Resort war so freundlich, es abzuholen und zum Terminal zu schicken. Vielen Dank, Nirwana Garden Resort, wir hatten einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt im Resort. Wir werden es unseren Freunden und Verwandten empfehlen und beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

Das Zimmer ist eigentlich ziemlich neu und schön und der private Strand ist schön. Personal sind v freundlich. Getränke sind gut. Aber wird Banyanbaum nächstes Mal für bessere Villa-Stil berücksichtigen. Aktivitätskoordinator Benny ist gut, aber die Aktivitäten, die er organisiert, werden nicht angekündigt. Bessere Werbung und richtige Fitness/Studio wird empfohlen. Wir hatten jedoch eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung mit den Hotelzimmereinrichtungen. Es gab 4 Stromreisen beim Einchecken. Der Luftkon wurde mehrmals aufgelöst, dass wir den Ingenieur weiter anrufen müssen, zu kommen und zu reparieren. Schlimmer ist, dass der Schlauch und das Duschewasser tatsächlich braun ist. Wir waren so grob aus! Denn wir haben uns in ihm geduschen, ohne zu wissen, nur nach dem Auschecken realisiert. Sprechen Sie mit dem Hotelpersonal, aber sie können nichts kompensieren, weil ich durch trip.com buche. Hoffentlich trip.com kann mit dem Hotel kommunizieren, um uns zu kompensieren, vielleicht ein weiteres kostenloses Aufenthalt oder Upgrade nächsten Besuch.

Zum ersten Mal in Bintan und die Entfernung vom Bintan-Fährterminal zu unserem Hotel beträgt 10-15 Minuten Fahrt. Kostenloses Upgrade von 1 Schlafzimmer. So glücklich 🤩. Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut und bietet viel Abwechslung. Guter Ort zum Entspannen, aber nicht zum Einkaufen, da es in Bintan kein Einkaufszentrum gibt und Sie nach Tanjung Pinang fahren müssen, wenn Sie einkaufen möchten, aber erwarten Sie nicht, dass es wie Batam ist.

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Service was good, place was kept quite clean except for the occasional bugs that appeared here and there. The resort was situated in an area with nothing much to do, so you'd need to take a private car anywhere if you want to experience any of the activities available in Bintan. Amenities provided at the resort was not kept in the best condition (however, it's still usable)

The room that we booked has included breakfast, the breakfast are very simple and nice. We enjoy our one night trip.

1. Check in/out was easy 2. Location was good as it is near the beach and there are a number of restaurants/cafés nearby 3. Villa was a pretty old one so furniture and equipment were a little run down 4. Villa is an open space so be prepared for insects crawling/flying around 5. We found stains on bedsheets, towels and floor
