The Anmon Resort Bintan

The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

Stayed one night here so I would say it was a brief one. Wifi will connect and disconnect all the time. We feel the tours and activities from hotel is too overpriced. Good variety of choices at hotel breakfast. Other than those, everything was great.

Everything is good about this hotel. The bad thing is when booking the buggy. Most of the activities require a buggy. You can hop on any buggy if there is one available at the location. It is good when there is a lot of buggy service around. When there is almost none, we will need to call the front desk to send one over. The problem is we call as we have a group of 6 pax. We called waited 10min for it, the buggy came and others hop on. We are ok to share but we are left with only 1-2 seats meaning only 1-2 pax can hop on. Hope they can do something for those who make booking.

We had a blast at Anmon Bintan! Our group of 12 loved the unique glamping experience. The teepees were clean and comfortable, and the activities were a highlight. We had so much fun at the water park, riding ATVs, and kayaking through the mangroves. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although there were a few minor waits for the buggy, it didn't dampen our overall enjoyment. One night wasn't enough to experience everything Anmon has to offer, so I'd recommend staying at least two nights to fully enjoy this amazing place! Food were expensive, we ordered from Warung Yeah!

Urban glamping at man-made lagoon, with aircon, spacious teepee, buggy on request. Suitable for young families. Activity Center need to be improved. Teepee too close, can hear neighbours talking.
