Horrible customer service. No one present at desk. I found a bedbug in my suitcase on the last night of my trip (found at second of two Hampton Inn hotels). I called this location specifically and they disconnected the phone twice when I brought up issue. Hilton international will NOT address any cases and said this is a local hotel issue. When I reconnected with the manager via the Hilton customer service line transfer (because they do not set a standard or enforce one), the manager was incredibly rude. She said she would have the room inspected and call back. It has been over three days and no phone call. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The welcome was pleasant and warm. I was greeted as gold member, the room was clean the only reason this wasn't a 5 ⁰ review was because the bed squeaked alot, the bathroom conditioner and soap bottles where running low, other than great room to have last minute for cruising the coast.

The staff was good. But they only service the rooms every other day. The room floors were filthy. The breakfast was ok but below average. We won't stay again and we've stayed before so it's gone down hill. We've stayed at dozens of Hampton inn before. This was the worst.

The hotel is in a safe location convenient to casinos, restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Check-in was a breeze because they let you check in on your smart phone and send you digital keys to your room. I love this convenience. We enjoyed lying bythe pool. All of our interactions with the staff were great. They recommended a lot of local restaurants. We were in town for a wedding and did not really want to gamble. So they told us to go explore Downtown Ocean Springs. We really enjoyed walking the main Square and looking at all the boutiques. We had some great donuts at a local donut shop. Pictures are included with my review. I highly recommend this hotel, if you are going to be in the area.

To be honest you guys, I wish it was ways that I could post pictures instead of writing it out. I had to go down to grab my own towels at night. (Was gone all day for baseball tournament) Rooms smelled musty and I had to clean it myself majority of the time I was there. Air freshener and disinfectant spray didn't help either. The Wifi kept telling me that it was no IP address available so, I couldn't use it majority of the stay as well. I honestly think Becky was trying to charge my card TWICE. I do not recommend AT ALL

Horrible attitudes and customer service. Booked an extra night so when we got there at 9 am we could go to sleep. We called to let them know so they didn’t give our rooms away. They said they’d charge us for that night and an extra charge for a no- show fee. When asked they became rude and cancelled our reservation. Can’t see why they’d double charge us for no one being there just because we wanted to take a nap after a long drive before we saw our son at Keesler. SMH.

First time we have stayed in this Hampton Inn. Very nice, quiet, comfortable room. Clean. Parking lot is a little small for the number of rooms. Very close to several fast-food spots and gas station/convenience store next door. We would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed here several times before and chose this facility because of past experiences. This is one of the better Hampton Inns that we have stayed at and would not hesitate to stay here again. Desk clerk was very nice and helpful, room was great.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a while. The Hampton chain really have declined and will never stay at one again. This one was so filthy dirty it was really hard to stay and only did because it was late and we needed to sleep. The floors even the carpet were not just dirty but sticky. I kept songs on the whole time and threw away my socks. Carpets and furniture stained…disgusting place. Avoid at all costs!
