The room in which i stayed had an unpleasant smell, same goes with the wardrobe also, electric kettle is not present which is unacceptable considering the price of the rooms, also at-least 2 one litre complementary water bottles should be given, but only 1 small water bottle was given otherwise location is good, food is also good.

I booked the hotel via mm t and it was a good stay. The staff are warm and quick in good service. I appreciate their work and fulfilling extra requests without additional charges. The food was tasty, i tried pane-er lahari for the first time and it was worth it, roti was soft. Thank you. Ps: request you to have a half plate curry/subzi system so a solo traveller can go for it.

It was a nice hotel. Rooms were clean and the staff was very supportive. The bed linens were fresh. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

I booked for three persons, but i was allotted a double room, so, there were very less space for movement. Rooms are not maintained properly, in ac rooms, mosquito was available. In winter season geyser was not switched on at afternoon. Food cost is too high compare to the quality of hotel.

One of the better stay at bilaspur, room are spacious and staffs are courteous. Rooms have positive vibes. The room have all basic ammenities. Rec-commend to stay in this hotel
