Hello Villa l'Areche: We just spent 13 days at the Villa l'Arche and loved the hotel but more importantly the exceptional service and kindness of three of the hotel staff made our stay very memorable!! These three: Nelly, Clementine and Marie are not only very professional but so often made the little extra effort to make us feel at home and welcome as guests at the hotel. Villa L'Arche was an amazing experience ! Don't miss it if you wish to visit Bidart and Pays Basque. The hotel has 9 rooms and 3 apartments. Our bedroom was a beautiful Junior Suite. A very large bedroom with ocean view, terrace and all the comfort especially the bed and mattress which provided us an excellent sleep. The breakfasts were excellent too ! Fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, croissants, bread... Every morning was a delight. The location is great too between St Jean de Luz and Biarritz. And a 10 mn walk from Bidart lovely center. The hotel is also very relaxing and quiet as there are only 9 bedrooms. And therefore it's a very personalized service. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The owner Florian is adorable and Marie is fantastic and always smiling. She's the one preparing and serving breakfast. Gorgeous little hotel with amazing views. Very warm welcome and all the staff we met were friendly and accommodating. Perfect stop over for us on our drive to Spain and back to the Uk. Easy to find and parking is available. A stroll the town for shops and restaurants. Super comfy bed and dog friendly. Highly recommended.

We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at the Villa L’Arche in July. The hotel/villa was just beautiful. We got upgraded to an apparent with a sea view which was simply amazing. The rooms were lovely and the infinity pool was perfect temperature. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a real relaxed feeling around the place. It is just 50 m from the beach and 6 km from St Jean de Luz and Biarritz. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and the Bidart town square is less than 5 minutes away. It was a real treat.

Accueil exceptionnel , chambre +++ Petit dej copieux et excellent , piscine au top ainsi que le jacuzzi. Accès direct à la plage et le plus est un coucher de soleil digne d une carte postale .. merci .. On a qu une envie en partant c est d y revenir ..💐

Toujours bien reçu on est quasiment en famille cela fait quelques années que nous venons Accueil parfait toujours le sourire disponible les chambres impeccable avec vue sur l’océan quel plaisir 🤩 les petits déjeuners copieux en salle ou en chambre parking couvert pour les maniaques comme moi Vraiment un réel plaisir de revenir chaque année une piscine à faire tomber tellement elle est somptueuse et un spa en contrebas Merci à toute l’équipe Florian Nelly Clémentine Marie Diego ect… pour ces agréables moments 🙏😇

Hôtel de charme au bord de l’océan. Vues magnifiques et calme dans un village typique du pays basque. L’accueil est parfait avec un service discret et efficace. Idéal pour un week-end en amoureux. Seul bémol ! Eau chaude un peu lente à venir. Service du soir à améliorer. Parking difficile. Le reste est exceptionnel

Petit établissement aux allures de maison d’hôtes. Emplacement extraordinaire avec un accès direct a la plage. Accueil très chaleureux et humain. L’établissement est très propre. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour reposant avec de nombreux restaurants de qualité a proximité.

Encore un séjour enchanteur ! Pour un peu il nous semblerait être chez nous , comme dans une maison de famille …. Certes la vue y est éternelle et ne change pas alors qu’elle change chaque jour . Encore bravo pour l’accueil qui est un modèle du genre . Merci pour tout !
