"We had an exceptional stay at Sandpiper Cottages. We were grateful for the spaciousness, comfort and peace of our two bedroom cottage. One of us was most unwell, and we couldn't have been in a better place to begin to recover. The Cottage was equipped with EVERYTHING! So much thought has gone into providing thoughtful extras, including a quality welcome hamper. Similarly, there is equipment to make you comfortable at the beach. And what a beach! Pristine white sand and turquoise sea. I had it to myself on a warm, sunny September afternoon. What a find!"

"Cabin was old. Carpet felt like it needed cleaning. There was almost no bench space for food preparation and no storage space (other than the fridge) for food. Entrance door took force to open and close. Bathroom was small and cramped with no hooks for towels. Toilet was intermittently fault - often not stopping when full. Location was fantastic - central and very quiet."

"Zwei Nächte am Strand Ende fühlten sich wie die Strandwohnungen, die wir oft auf Magnetic Island, Queensland geblieben hatten. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Kleine Touchs (wie die funktionalen Kochelemente) waren da dämlich. Innerhalb des Hauses: sehr so! Die Einheiten sind 30 oder so alt, aber sind sauber, komfortabel und gut gelegen, mit Blick auf den nahe gelegenen Strand und Diamond Island. Shane und Nord tun ihr Bestes, um einen Besucher in eine Gemeinschaft zu berücksichtigen. Fünf Sternen Plus. Peter Jacobson, Queensland."

"This is a fantastic place to stay, very well laid out comfortable and with a wonderful garden with Seaview and access to the shore. Every conceivable item has been included. It's more like a home than just somewhere to stay. The best we have stayed in since arriving in Australia six weeks ago. Private drive, ample lounge, kitchen with the lot ! Dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, cooker, microwave. Even picnic items such as a rug,flask, and travel cups, plus beach towels. Electric BBQ and ample outdoor seating. This is how all "stop over" places should be. 10 out of 10, if you could add a sandy beach, it would be an 11."
