The Prince, Bhuj

Hotel staff is rude specially the receptionst, i reached at 9 AM at the hotel asked for the room first she told me no rooms are clean but she can offer me premium room and tarrif will be 4000 plus tax i went to check the room bug the rooms was full of dirt and bathroom was terrible later when i told her she told that we will clean the rolm but you will get the room at 2 pm what the hell!!!

We had a nice stay at Hotel Prince - Bhuj. Hotel is located very close to the market and Hamishar lake, where most of the tourist places are located. Staffs were friendly. He had breakfast. It was ready at 7 AM in the morning and food was quite good. I recommend Hotel Prince for your stay at Bhuj.

Once one of the best hotels for stay, food & services, Hotel Prince has now deteriorated beyond words. Had the misfortune of staying in the hotel, the room though looked clean, had been cleaned superficially. Curtails were hanging off their hook. Bed sheet & pillow covers had not been changed since the previous occupant, only the top duvet had been pulled & tucked in, while the sheets underneath were still crumpled. The toilet it seems had never been cleaned with a brush, the toiled paper was old & soaked. Towels due to over washing were off colour, rough & shreds of fabric were hanging. Water from the bath area was flowing out in the remaining bathroom inspite of glass partition. For breakfast when cheese omelette was ordered, got a plate of omelette covered with shredded cheese, compliments to the chief for new invention. Other basic layout of butter, jam , sauce etc were just randomly placed & the servers did not seem trained. Overall a pathetic experience!!!!! Not worth even one star Comfort Inn … you are known for better services

We booked a premium room using 16K choice points 4 months in advance. We called the property at the time of booking as well as 3 days before the arrival date to make sure the booking is good. Upon reaching the hotel they told us that they cannot accept booking made with points and we need to pay in cash using their published rates. The general manager had no explanation for why they confirmed the reservation just 3 days ago and now changed their mind. We could have found a cheaper resort hotel if they had told us earlier. We finally paid cash for a superior room. The hotel is located is a very noisy dusty neighborhood and has features worth mentioning: 1. You have to turn on hot water in shower as well as sink for at least 10 mins before it turns warm. What a waste of time and water. 2. The closet has a very bright white light which cannot be turned off and it shines thru 2 inch gap in the closet door. Hope you can sleep in a well lit room. 3. Windows have thick layer of dust and disgusting to look at. No natural light because you have to keep curtains closed. 4. The first 3 start hotel I have seen that has no gym. 5. We order pizza from room service menu which was spungy and tasteless. Breakfast was ok. 6. Most of useful TV channels are blocked if you want to catch up on news back home. 7. The only 3+ star hotel in India that has no facility for driver 8. The furniture is dated and dusty
