It’s our 4th time staying with ITC welcom Bhubaneswar we all happy to see Rakesh sahu ,mostly we staying in Mayfair lagoon, Thankyou itc to keep the milta talent staff . We stayed here with 2 kids and had the most terrible experience and a scary one with itc welcome bhubaneswar. They're truly a blot on ITC as a brand. Their service sucks from room service to housekeeping. They will make the most basic mistakes and ask you for the food to be sent back so they fix it by reheating. Their towels are torn and give namesake housekeeping. To make up for it, they moved us to a "better" room, only to torture us with another harrowing experience. The FO manager and other senior staff are disinterested and show no respect to the residents apart from using emphatic words to just console but won't fix the issue or make up for it. Our booking was for 5 nights, but somehow their system showed it as a 3 + 2 nights, and with due assurance from the FO team, we proceeded to our room, only to get a call on our 3rd night stay that we have to checkout as they can't accommodate us due to capacity for the remaining 2 nights. FO manager Akhilesh Sharma with his word to make up for the room issue left us in a harrowing experience in the middle of the night searching for a different hotel since they messed up our booking. I wonder they even care about the guests. Do yourself a favor and DON'T stay in this hotel, better alternatives available with the same price. We literally watched our money flushed down the drain with this stay. #incompetent #dishonest #disrespectful #insensitive

We had gone for the celebration of my wife's Birthday to the WelcomCafe at ITC Welcomgroup Bhubaneswar. It was our first time there. ***! What an Ambiance, what a lovely atmosphere, I truly cannot describe it in words. ❤️❤️🥰 I would like to thank Rakesh Sahu of the cafe for giving an excellent experience to us. The hospitality and warmth of the atmosphere with the live singing made my wife really happy and ecstatic. Kudos to Mr Rakesh and his entire team at WelcomCafe, ITC Bhubaneswar. Will visit again definitely. Cheers 🥂 😀

Very warm and efficient team and qualitative food. The rooms are well appointed and well maintained. Special kudos to front office team at check out Vineet, housekeeping star Pranith and engineering leader Rajkumar. The food needs special mention, especially sambhar at coffee shop. Would love to return anyday and stay longer

The property is really beautiful, this was my second stay with them and i must say the whole staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Shoutout to Mr Vineet and Mr Udit at the Welcome desk for ensuring a smooth check in and check out. The morning breakfast at the hotel is amazing, they have a nice spread ***** with the live counter to choose from.

Debashish, Bhavna, Abhishek, Subir, Shiva and Thapa all of them are extremely warm and made my Dad’s birthday very special. They served us well, took all our last minute requests with a smile and showed utmost care for my Dad ( he’s a senior citizen ). ITC has a name and they truly lived up to that.

This was one of my solo trips combining both attending a conference and site seeing. Exploring new places, witnessing the local culture is a hobby of mine, and Welcomhotel helped me in that journey. Right from check in , planning and arranging trips and getting me to and from the conference at KIIT and check out from the hotel, all of these were smooth, hassle free. Food was lip-smacking. Ambience of the both restaurants were superb.

The dinner buffet was amazing and the staff services were excellent particularly Mr moan and Mr avishek took special care of my kids food craving.also the gym instructor Mr jitesh is very knowelgeble and helpful.his advice on how maintain a good health whilst we are busy working all week is very valuable
