The breakfast food quality was good and spread was adequate, not more not less. Some options of ala carte dish ordering as a package of room with breakfast can make it complete though. The service staff is courteous and cooperative. Besides the positives, planning is observed to be absent in the staff, with last minute relocation request and last minute early check out request being raised by the staff, with practically no notice time. A probable miscommunication situation, while ordering a snack could have been handled better by the staff with the customer not being accused of ordering the incorrect food. Further, it's cancellation should also had been easier since the served food was not what was ordered by the client. The restaurant menu needs to be updated in the room service menu. The rooms rates are very high compared to the room size, amenities at the property.

There waz nice ambience. The rooms were clean and view was great. We loved the stay at park view. We will recommend this to others.

It was an okay okay experience. The room that was allotted to us initially wasn’t as same as shown in the pictures. The tv wasn’t working so they suggested us to change the room. New room was allotted to us and this was quite alike to the pictures but here ac wasn’t working. So, eventually we paid for ac but stayed in a non ac room. Staff was polite. Food wasn’t good.

Some of the bed and pillow covers were looking clean(white, there was almost no hot water supply on all days of our stay due to technical problem, toilet (wc) was badly stained. Hotel staff members not wearing proper uniform, due to some yoga classes being held either in hotel premises or nearby, there was too much disturbance in morning hours.
