Have used this hotel a couple of times. It is difficult to contact by phone as it is not attended to promptly. Prior stays were ok..rooms clean..sheets clean. Location is good and access to food is good. This stay wws rather unpleasant..based on my previous stays..i did not check the sheets and the next morning discovered that the dheets wete stained with traces of what looked likw blood. Maybe this was a rare incident..nevertheless keep up your good services

Warm Frühling umgeben von Natur, geräumigen und sauberen Zimmern und Verfügbarkeit von bfast - meine Top 3 Dinge würde ich für, wenn ich für eine kurze Flucht gehen, deshalb ging ich nach eRYA von Suria Hot Spring für das dritte Mal. Kudos an das Team, um den Platz warm und willkommen zu halten.

I was not placing too high a hope after reading the reviews online. But when I stayed there for 3 nights, I realized my fears was unfounded. Celcom reception was good even in the room. I can even have my zoom meeting and remote access my office comp with almost no lag. Wifi at the lobby is good as well for teams . All the staff are friendly and accommodative. Even the enquiry staff replies email fast after my barrage of questions as it is my first time to Malaysia after the pandemic. The rooms are very clean. Never stepped on a cleaner floor before even in 5 star hotel. The resort gives a very nature vibe good for a break from modern life. A lot of natural elements. The pool is great to spend the day. Food nothing to scream about given it is a 3 star hotel. But is good for a decent meal. Overall is a place I can go back and spend some time unwinding and bond with family.

Stayed for 3 nights here and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is same as description, clean! Please note that hair dryer is not provided so please bring your own one.

Rezeptionist ist 24 Stunden zur Verfügung. Leider fehlt es, kein Schwimmbad, und das Restaurant ist seit der Covid-Pandemie geschlossen. Aber da es nur 10 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt ist, wo es viele gute Restaurants gibt, ist es überhaupt keine Frage. Flaschen Wasser und Kaffee ist kostenlos und es gibt eine Kehle, so gibt es immer die Möglichkeit, instant Nudeln oder andere schnell gekochte Mahlzeiten mit gekochtem Wasser zu kochen, wenn Sie nicht in der Nacht ausgehen möchten. WLAN ist kostenlos verfügbar, aber das Signal ist nicht stark, wenn Ihr Zimmer weit vom Empfangsbereich entfernt ist. Wenn Sie eine malesische SIM-Karte haben, ist die Empfangsstelle jederzeit 4G.

Das beste Hotel, das ich in Melaka 😍 das ultimative Beste würde ich sagen, Gastfreundschaft Top-Notch und Reinigkeit keine Worte, sehr sauber. Ich würde den Besitzer schätzen, da er buchstäblich über Kunden Aufenthalt besorgt war, die auch die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplatz eingeschlossen. Snacks, die sie liefern, bringen alle Kinderspeicher zurück. Danke nochmal, wird sicher wieder hier kommen und sehr empfohlen.
