Country Inn & Suites By Radisson Benton Harbor

房間比較舊了，毛巾用起來心裏也覺得怪怪的，一切都感覺比較舊的汽車旅館，總之下一次我不敢選這間了

We stayed at country Inn and suites many times and always had a pleasant experience except for this one on pipeline. We have found it to be unfriendly and unkept. The laundry room is right to the left of the main entrance and there were so many bags of trash and laundry carts that we couldn’t even pull our luggage through to get to our room. There was patched and unpainted large area in the bathroom. We used the same towels for three days having only one towel washcloth each. The lampshades in the room were all busted and dented, and the carpet was extremely stained. Was it disappointing stay to say the least I don’t Like to complain, but just felt like I had to say something about our poor experience at this particular country inn. We did not eat at the breakfast

We actually didn’t end up staying at Country Inn and Suites in Benton Harbor/St Joseph after making a reservation online. When we checked into our room we found a crack pipe and needle cover in one drawer. In another drawer we found a used needle. And in another drawer there were snacks and wrappers. When we let the staff know they seemed appalled and were very accommodating with our request to cancel and go to another hotel. Upon booking with another higher end hotel they acted as if this was typical for this hotel

Stayed for one night on the way up to follow the Lake Michigan Circle Tour. We arrived late, around 9:30pm. The place was deserted. Front desk personnel were friendly. Went up to the room, hallway lined with laundry piles and full trash bags. I thought "huh, housekeeping has yet to come by." Got to the room, the door was wide open. reluctantly went into the room, and it had not been cleaned. The trash hadn't been emptied and the bed was rumpled as if someone had just taken a nap on it. Front desk apologized and gave us another room, and it was clean, but it was a disabilities accessible room so it was odd; we didn't care. we went to bed and the next day as my husband was loading the car and I stood staring out of the window, an employee came right into the room without knocking and was just as surprised to see me as I was to see them. I guessed that the individual was going to use the room to the a nap at the end of their shift. When we left, the halls were still lined with dirty linens and garbage bags. Not going to stay there again.

The rooms are clean and the pool is warm. I have now stayed 22 nights in this hotel. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are all very friendly and will make your stay comfortable. They often greet me by my name when I return from a day at work. Although next to I-94, the rooms are very quiet. Parking spaces are large and abundant. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

I didn't have high expectations of my stay. So when I stepped on something sticky on the floor on the path to the air conditioner- something like vomit or food that had just been vacuumed, I sighed and rolled with it. Ended up putting my shoes on. When I found out there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, I sighed again since the shower seemed ok, at least, and calmly used bath towels to dry out the mess of water on the floor, after doing my best to avoid creating one while showering. Next morning when I decided to make a cup of coffee, there was no place to put the prefilled coffee filter in the coffee maker. Soooo these are three pretty significant strikes. I then decided I would talk to the front desk. The hotel manager refused to refund any amount for the mishaps and also refused to allow for a checkout beyond 11:30. The staff was nice. Except for this manager. I am sure there are much better places to stay around here. Do your research. It wasn’t like it was cheap. I stayed as part of a wedding block. Next time I will look around. And always wear my shoes in the room.

The receptionist is very sweet and nice. When I first checked in room on 3/F, the bed wasn’t make and no shampoo in the bathroom. I talked to the receptionist, she switched another room for me immediately. The hotel totally needs a Renovation. I was stayed in Room 313z The carpet is dirty and lots of spots on it. The light in the bath room doesn’t work. I would recommend lots of options nearby unless the hotel have a renovation. The staff are so good and friendly. If not the staff, I will give only one start.

This place was terrible. Carpet is dirty and stained in the hallway, stairwells and room. The room must have had a smoker because it smelled really bad. Breakfast was a mess. Food (eggs and sausage) was burned. Yogurt was not refrigerated properly and was spoiled. The staff spilled on the floor and did not clean it up. I slipped but luckily did not fall. Our room key stopped working. The elevator was not working. I could not shower or brush my teeth there it was so bad. We were exhausted from driving so were had no energy to find a new hotel. I would definitely bull doze this place and start over.

Walking into the hotel you can see everything was dirty and dusty. Garbage on the floors and garbage cans over flowed. We had to switch rooms because the room had a urine stained mattress and old lunch meat in the refrigerator plus more. We arrived into our second room, it was covered in dust , the bathroom was not cleaned and found clothing from the previous guest. No soap to wash hands in either room. Very loud due to being next to the highway. Breakfast was lackluster. We made a note to never come back to this hotel again.
