This hotel is severely lacking in customer service. Once provided with out check-out folio, the hotel added charges that the front desk agent specifically told us would not be added. The general manager, Michelle, was not helpful, would not honor the printed check-out folios that we received, and kept referring discussions that the front desk agent had with other people. How bizarre. The front desk agent seemed confused and kept referencing discussions that we did not have or were privy to. He clearly confused us with other guests. Although the hotel has video of our check-out (which would have cleared up any confusion), Michelle refused to review the tape. Avoid this hotel, as Michelle and her team could use additional customer service training. Their service is a poor reflection of the Marriott brand. *In addition, this hotel is under renovation. New artwork, furniture, etc. is everywhere and there is loud construction. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.
