Whilst this isn't a review directly about the hotel, we would love to share some appreciation for one of your Jet2 representatives, George Tucker, the Resort Customer Helper at the Venus hotel in Benidorm! George provided outstanding support to our father/grandfather, Alan during his recent holiday in Benidorm last month. Unfortunately, Alan fell unwell whilst they were on holiday in Benidorm, and George stepped in immediately to offer his support whilst going above and beyond to assist. He regularly visited Alan and his wife, Dot, at the hospital, checking on their well-being, and ensuring they had everything they needed. In addition to his hospital visits, George also took it upon himself to personally make sure that some of Alan’s belongings were delivered from the hotel to the hospital, which was a great help to our family in a very stressful time. What really stood out was George's constant communication with our family back home, which gave us great peace of mind. He kept us informed with regular updates, offering reassurance and making sure we were always in the loop regarding Alan's condition. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. As a family, we felt completely reassured knowing that Alan and Dot were in such capable hands. George’s support made a difficult situation much more manageable, and we would be grateful if his efforts could be formally recognised. George’s efforts went far beyond our expectations, and we are extremely grateful for everything he did. Thank you George!
