Apartamentos Turisticos Terralta

Very clean and great staff. Lovely place. Would highly recommend for families with young children as lots to do for them. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Lovely views, large balconies and spacious apartments. Drinks in the bar also affordable. Food very nice.

Stopped here half board, breakfast wasn’t the best but the evening meals were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. Staff were very pleasant and the hotel / room was clean. Pool is huge with plenty of loungers and had no trouble getting one! Location is a bit far from everything, it’s a good 40 minute walk to the English square albeit we enjoy walking so not really an issue for us!

This is about our 25th visit to the Terralta. As you can imagine we love the place. The reception staff are always welcoming and helpful - I emailed them this time to say we would be arriving early and our room was ready! The rooms are big and clean - ok showing some signs of wear but has to be expected. Nice to have a full size bath to relax in after a long walk. When we first booked we read about the hill, but here we are about 10/12 years later, now a pensioner, and I still walk up most times, and if not taxi is pretty cheap. The on site shop isn’t great but there is a lively little supermarket Los Cuatro Soles half way down the hill. We hardly ever eat at the buffet restaurant but when we have it has been a good basic spread.

This is our second stay at the terralta still very good in all areas , spotlessly clean rooms , staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is brilliant . Theres four star hotels in benidorm that need to take notice of the terralta because its infinately better than they are by far !

There were mixed reviews on the Terralta. All I can say is we had a fantastic stay. The staff cannot do enough for you, so helpful and friendly. Our apartment was very big and clean. The cleaning staff came in twice in our week stay which was sufficient for us. We hit lucky with the weather nearing 30 degrees every day. We stayed bed and breakfast and couldn't fault the breakfast, there is plenty, cooked/continental, fruit, biscuits etc. etc.... It is up a hill, but we walked everywhere but you can get a taxi if you want and the location is quiet which suited us. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed in 3101 which is away from the entertainment area in the middle of both pools.

We’ve had a wonderful time at the Terralta apartments. We arrived and felt instantly welcome. All the common areas are clean, the decoration is very nice to look at. The staff are absolutely incredible, they’re so friendly, helpful and kind (even when you don’t speak Spanish like my husband). The overall atmosphere is family friendly but also quiet. It’s close enough to Benidorm for a visit but you can come back to your nice quiet apartment afterwards. The doors are wide enough for my power chair which is pretty wide and it is one of the most accessible places I’ve personally stayed. The Mini Market is well stocked with basics and some luxuries but there’s a Consum just on the other side of the park for more things. The food in the restaurant is varied and very tasty, I’m normally pretty fussy with food but I always found things I loved to eat, even finding some new foods I like. Even if you don’t go all inclusive, the price is very reasonable if you just want to have a meal in there. If you fancy takeaway I recommend an app called Glovo, using it was very easy and the food got here quickly. If you need a mobility scooter we used Amigo, they were really nice and seem to be here often. I would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back when we’re able to.
