Booked 2 nights in this hotel during a business trip (It is close to our factory but very far from city). However I couldn't take another day so I moved out after the first night. To be honest, the hotel looks pretty from outside (like a beach resort), however the interior is super old and not well maintained.
It has everything you could imagine about a hotel 20 years old, yellow wall, the washroom & bathtub, and dirty towels, oh and small insects on the bed sheet as well. To be honest, it has villas, big swimming pool and many trees. But I couldn't swim because I don't think I can take shower in that bathtub.... And you can hear everything that is happening in the next door or in the corridor. I tried to ask for a early check-out however it was rejected (receptionist will tell you please find their booking department, and booking dept will point to receptionist). I think the hotel should give some employee training, and educate them that people would not mind a rightful rejection, however they do mind when seeing people finding stupid excuses and wasting precious time.
