El personal del hotel atento.
Los colchones horribles.
Deberían arreglar tema ascensor, el acceso para ir al restaurante con carrito es pésimo.
Además, mi hijo se resbaló causándole un esguince con dos semanas en reposo por ese suelo tan deslizante que tiene muchas partes del hotel

Outstanding 3 star hotel. Our room was impeccably clean, all the staff are wonderful and very helpful and our breakfast choices were plentiful. Although we visited out of season, they still had nightly shows on for its clients. The only downside in my opinion is that it is situated up a hill, known locally as cardiac hill but it didn't detract from our stay here.

Stayed in this hotel in November 2024 just got back this Wednesday and I can honestly say it was one of best hotels I’ve stayed at when holiday it was clean and modern and bonus the rooms actually look like the pictures given (unlike some hotels that show updated rooms but you never see when there) The staff was Amazing very friendly and informative when asked questions We didn’t use the pool as we aren’t pool people so can’t really comment on it We went half board and the drinks were cheap enough at dinner time it didn’t really impact the budget at all we did find the 7 up tasted a bit like perfume , breakfast you got given a choice of juice, water coffee which is included in half board at breakfast time, the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing you got given plenty of choices for everything even dessert we found it was varied on nights so not much repeat on main meals the view from our hotel room was a bonus we wasn’t expecting a sea and marina view as we hadn’t paid for it but thankful we was given one when booked (think this was because of out of season) the hill outside can be daunting but if you take your time it was ok, but if not taxis up to it are that dear around 5 euro from the marina air conditioning doesn’t work in November but we found it wasn’t really needed with the balcony door open the lifts were never a long wait unless you caught them at check out time (this is to be expected as they are quite small so would only fit two people with suitcases) the rooms were cleaned everyday and housekeeping did an excellent job overall it was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it Thank you hotel Bali

Just stayed here 2 nights. It used to clean enough however looks tired in places. The breakfast buffet is amazing value with plenty of choice. There is kids pool and other large pools because of time of year enough sunbeds however not sure what it would be like in summer. There are dove toiletries in bathroom. Reception staff pleasant enough- good value for money

We were slightly apprehensive about staying at the hotel after reading several negative reviews, however, our stay at the end of October was fantastic. We had a superior sea view/pool view studio room for our family of 5 which was a bit cramped but we managed as the split level living area made life easier. The hotel and the rooms were clean and it’s obvious how hard staff work to ensure the cleanliness of these areas, even the dining area where the staff work tirelessly to clean tables and remove dirty plates. The food is plentiful and there are so many options to suit everyone even our fussy children found something eat. Some of the choices are repetitive but we didn’t find it an issue. My only complaint would be the noise in the dining area, the constant scrapping of chairs makes it a slightly unpleasant experience but that could be easily rectified. The entertainment throughout the day was good, and my boys enjoyed the games by the pool which they were encouraged to take part in by the friendly staff. The evening programme started too late for us (10:15pm most nights) so we didn’t always stay up for it. Our children enjoyed the games room but it does need some work on it, the tables were often out of order but this could be due to the behaviour of some of the children in there and not the hotel. The hotel is situated close to the beach and is accessed by ‘cardiac hill’ but it really isn’t that bad. The surrounding areas really are beautiful, plenty of bars along the seafront and the marina is stunning and definitely worth a visit. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’ll definitely visit again in the future.

Our second stay hotel as clean and comfortable as ever. Sadly the food is getting worse , not to our taste at all. We were placed on the 7th floor top right corner. And the view were breathtaking , a great place to relax and watch the world go by. The book in process was brilliant. The house keepers are second to none. Room was modern and cleaned and replenished every morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Third time in this hotel.stayed with a party of five. One with mobility issues. 11th october to 17th october. Great location, hill is not a problem for us. Easy walking distance to marina and town centre and bus stops. As always good food and good selection. Dining room, reception and lounge area refurb really nice, freshened up the place. Excellent staff and a shout out to their friendliness and proffessionalism. Nothing too much trouble. Really impressed with storage and easy acess for one of our parties mobility scooter. Never used this before. Hotel is clean and rooms cleaned daily. Only one critiscm for our room, not a great size for two people and the siting of the television resulted in knocking either your head or shoulder on the corner. Did this several times. I think its a real hazard and surely contrevenes health and safety. Bad selection of screen and bracket. Would be ok if your two or three foot tall, youd be walking under it. Really needs a rethink on re siting. Pool area was clean and loads of sunbeds available. Partner not impressed with hotel beer, but found an excellent drink in a pub at the bottom of the hill. Not a drinker...for me the coffee was excellent -best machine coffee ive had in ages. I will be visiting this hotel again as i love benalmedna. This hotel is excellent value for money. 5 star customer and food experience in a 3 star accomodation. Deserves a higher rating if only for the food and staff. Thanks for a fab stay.

Just returned from a 6 night stay...as always friendly check-in and room spotless (we had a family room which is ideal for us and our 9 year old) my dad stsyed in a standard room which he said was fine.Breakfast has a choice of everything,cooked breakfast,pastries,bread,cheese,meats,yogurt and cereals,pancakes,donughts,cakes,tea,coffee and fresh juices.We can't comment on other meals as we only ate breakfast but were filled up til late noon.The cleaning staff are fab,we had clean towels everyday.We had a problem with ants on one evening which we reported to reception as we were heading off out.When we returned a few hrs later it had been dealt with and not an ant insight for the rest of our stay.The pool areas are nipping clean with lifeguards,our son had some great times at the pool.The hill is steep but take your time or walk up past the Sirroco and come round that way,not as steep.We will be returning next year for definite.Those who complain,I simply say if you want 5 star accomodation and food...simply pay the price for a 5 star hotel
