"Situated in the heart of Bellagio, this apartment exceeded our expectations. Tucked away close to the foreshore and restaurants, this apartment offered ample space, modern amenities and many luxuries. The bathroom area was luxurious and the bed was huge. The apartment was bigger than we expected, but the space was certainly well appreciated. It had the facilities to cook your own meals, not that we did and a small balcony to enjoy local wine. I would guess that the apartment was recently renovated. The style and class of the renovations are of the highest standards. We would stay here again without hesitation."

"The hotel is magnificent! Almost everything was perfect: spacious territory, very tasty breakfasts and a restaurant with a gorgeous view of the lake, a spa area and a gym, a lounge, there is even a library. Excellent location. The only thing that was not very comfortable for us personally was the hard mattresses (standard room), but after talking to the staff they said that they are updating the rooms to newer ones and this issue will also be resolved."

"Schlechter geht nicht! Hier ist wirklich alles unterirdisch und ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem, unter KEINEN Umständen empfehlen, tut es euch bitte nicht an! Es ist nicht sauber, die Zimmer sind sehr klein und in schlechtem Zustand. Die Betten sind so hart, man denkt, man würde auf dem Boden liegen, hatte noch nie solche Rückenschmerzen (mit Anfang 20), zudem ist es nachts sehr laut, die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, habe kein Auge zugemacht. Im Bad sind Insekten, die in Spalten in der Wand rein und rausgehen, es ist wirklich schrecklich. Zum Frühstück gibt es trockene Croissants und Kapselkaffee, den man sich selbst machen darf. Man bucht mit Frühstück und bekommt dann DAS, das ist eine absolute Frechheit, habe noch nie sowas erlebt. Das war wirklich das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich jemals war. Kleinigkeiten, die zusätzlich schlecht waren sind die Lage (Shuttle fuhr nicht) langer Weg in die Stadt, Föhn geht nicht und zu wenig Parkplätze. Die Mitarbeiterin war ganz nett und die Aussicht auch, aber das bringt wirklich nichts bei dieser Katastrophe. Man fühlt sich wirklich nicht gut dort, müde, dreckig und absolut abgezockt. Und genau das ist es auch. Man bezahlt einen sehr teuren Preis, wo man woanders absoluten Luxus bekommt, hier: genau das Gegenteil, wir sind sogar eher abgereist."

"My partner and I have just completed a 3 week European holiday over 7 locations with our stay at Borgo being our last and most hotly anticipated stop. Unfortunately it took the award for being the worst hotel of the trip. We stayed in their most premium Bellagio Suite, I'll start with the positive - the view is absolutely incredible and Id argue hard to rival by any other suite in Como. The bad however really outweighed it Entering our room it was obvious it was in need of a proper deep clean. Dust and dirt on the floor, the entrance door had dirty handprints on it, dusty skirting boards, mould in the bathroom, stained furniture, weeds in the courtyard etc etc. We dripped some water on the floor from an ice bucket the first afternoon of our stay, wiping it up the cloth was black with dirt from the floor. The icing on the cake however was the 50 euro charge that appeared on my card 5 hours post checkout followed by an email accusing my partner and I of ripping bed linen and stealing a satin bed drape. Now there is no way possible we ripped any linen and thankfully I had taken a video of the room on arrival for family which proved the cleaning staff hadn't graced our room with the hideous satin bed runner in mention (or a mop seemingly). A strong reply later the charge was reversed and a weak apology made suggesting they weren't accusing us - yet had already charged?!?!?! We wouldn't go back, whilst the view was spectacular the service and cleanliness let it down beyond a repeat. Now the owner will likely come on here and reply harshly to my review like she did the one I left on google, she will accuse me of lying about the cleanliness and once again accuse me of ripping her bedding which is frankly impossible from two people merely sleeping in a bed. Read the other reviews left, read the way the owner has replied. Gracious, dutiful, clean hotelier? You decide."

"Ich weiß nicht, ob es ist, aber es kommt als Familiengeschäft, es ist alles ein bisschen datiert, aber OK. Es ist in einfacher Gehstrecke von der Stadt gelegen und hat grundlegende Einrichtungen und einen Park. Das Personal, insbesondere das Team beim Frühstück, war sehr hilfreich."

"Meine Frau und ich besuchten das Hotel im Winter. Es war nicht überfüllt und wir waren die einzigen, die an diesem Abend im Hotelrestaurant zu Abend gegessen haben. Das Essen ist gut. Was ich am meisten betonen möchte, ist, dass die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer mit Seeblick atemberaubend ist. Ich glaube, dass es aufgrund seiner Lage und Höhe die beste Aussicht von allen Hotels in Bellagio hat. Mit dem Zimmer, der Aussicht und dem Service, den wir bekamen, kann man mit Sicherheit sagen, dass es das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis während meines gesamten 9-tägigen Aufenthalts in Italien bietet."

"This Residence, while well located, does not have air conditioning, and being on the third floor is VERY HOT. I complained to the front desk and they sent an electrical fan, which is like blowing hot air in your face. In addition, the decor is grandmother’s Spartan, the ugliest room in my three week trip from Venice to Milán. I could go on about the lack of an elevator, lousy bed sheets and cheap pillows… In summary, stay away from this place, it will kill your enthusiasm!"

"Centrally located. Amazing place to stay. Modern apartments with pool right in the center of town. We were there five nights and would stay again if we visit Bellagio again. Everyone who worked there was wonderful. Thanks to Andrea and Syria for all of your information and always having a smile when we returned to the apartment. We wish the weather had allowed us to swim but the pool was lovely and even to just relax in the back was a treat. A MUST STAY if in Bellagio."
