My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

Alles problemlos (wie ich es eigentlich von PremierInn gewohnt bin). Die Dame am Empfang gab uns wirklich GUTE Insider Tips ... THX !!! Das Frühstück hatten wir den nächsten Tag nachbestellt, da wir eigentlich andere Pläne hatten ... war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber und hatte ALLES was man (und Frau) so braucht. Unser Gepäck konnten wir vor und nach den Zimmerzeiten im Hotel abstellen. Die Anhänger waren zwar alle, aber wir sollten einfach ein Foto machen (was ich persönlich viel besser finde !). PERFEKT ... Jederzeit wieder !!!

Location is perfect for the Waterfront Hall and convenient for city centre and shops. The hotel, although busy, was quiet at night and the bed really comfortable, so we had a great night's sleep. We were really pleased to see that the old shower over the bath is now replaced with a lovely big walk-in shower. You can open the window, which is unusual in hotels nowadays. We liked that you could collect extra teabags, milk, etc from reception. Staff are friendly and helpful even when under pressure. The hotel was very busy. The only let down was being handed two really dirty glasses - do just check what you're given.

Fantastic location walking distance to the shops , bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed and had a good night sleep,very quiet hotel .we ate in robinson restaurant, great staff at the restaurant, we had a warm welcome. bus ride front george best airport

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish!! Nothing but problems and issues from the minute we checked in until check out 2 days later!! Staff are so rude and unhelpful, room was disgusting, issues weren’t resolved and gave false information from manager!! Disgrace

We went as a family and had booked cots several months in advance and followed up a number of weeks after the initial booking to ensure all was in order. When we arrived at the hotel they had only found out about the cots a short whilte beforehand and none were available. Thankfully it got sorted but it was only after we chased at 10.30pm when the kids should already have been sleeping. Overall the staff are nice but they could do with a lot more training and the hotel bar/restaurant could do with a good clean or a refurb. Every table was shaking and space was at a premium. Considering what they charged for a couple of nights, I would expect better. This was our second time staying at the hotel and it was not as good as it had been last time around and was much more expensive. The lifts in the morning were impossible to get and often filled with staff and their trollies.
