物有所值。

The facilities were clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient — close to restaurants and tourist attractions— and the staff were all friendly, especially Terry. They were very pet friendly and accommodating.

Our stay was HORRIBLE! I wasn't going to complain UNTIL they didn't refund my Security deposit. The first rooms we had were close to the street, we didn't sleep for 2 nights. There was a stain on the top cover we didn't say anything, we were changed to 2 other rooms, the noise was better.... but.. One toilet the handle was laying on the floor my husband fixed it because we were told there was NO maintenance man. My daughter helped the house keeper change the smoke alarm which was screaming as we entered the room. I called the desk I ask why I didn't get my Security deposit, they said because We stained the top cover???? Really??? We did NOT stain the cover! The place needs a lot of work..... We would never stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone!!

The AC in our room never did cool off (it was off when we checked in), and it was a horrible night. Never again! A shame since our family that we will be visiting lives very close by.

Best hotel to be served at I loved it wil refer to anyone clean respectful customer service will come again any time

The accommodations were a little less than expected but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ashley was especially an attentive associate. Any questions I had she was able to answer immediately and if she didn’t know she investigated and called me back. We stayed for three days and the onsite staff were very nice.

I would not take my dogs to this hotel. The rooms were absolutely abysmal. The bed looked as if it had been slept in up until the moment we walked in the room, made up but the sheets were crinkled so that you could see the imprint of someone. The chair in the room was filthy, and the carpet in the room looked as if it had not seen a vacuum or a carpet cleaner in decades. To top things off, there was an odor that permeated so bad, that it could be smelled before we entered the room. And to add injury to insult, we asked for a refund immediately-and were told that we would have to go through *******, which was false advertising but that's another story for another time! When we went through Expediate, they said we had to get permission from the hotel, but never received a call back. Very disappointing all the way around!

🤣🤣🤣🤣 75 dollars 55 dollar deposit why nothing in there worth 55 dollars accept my Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner 🤣🤣🤣 but at least I got 1 tiny towel and empty towel rack 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ the owner should be paying me to stay here anyways if you need a room tough it out to Lynchburg and stay somewhere other than here TRUST ME 🙄🤢🤮🤦‍♂️🤦

Rooms are dated & dirty … we had a full bed not a queen… only 1 toilet was in the room. There were stains on the carpet, chairs & walls…also a long black hair on the bed. It was so late we ended staying, if it hadn’t been so late we’d have left.. we had a 2 night booking but left after 1 night.. thank you for refunding the second night.
