Beadnell Towers Hotel

The Beadnell Towers and Kitchen provided my wife and I with one of those very special memorable holiday moments when we stopped for lunch here following a walk along the beach from Seahouses. We cannot describe our delight adequately at the seafood feast beautifully presented to us at our outside table in warm sunshine. Please see our attached photo as eyes don’t deceive. All this for £29.50. It was all so delicious and we now understood the phrase “thought one had died and gone to heaven”. Seriously, it was that good. The waitress and MaitreD’ were so polite, welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the toilets exceptional. We would love you to visit and see for yourselves.

I had heard good things from friends about this boutique hotel in the lovely village of Beadnell, so couldn’t resist booking the Canty room as a stopover as part of our 30th anniversary celebrations. We only live about an hours plus drive away but after spending the day walking some beautiful beaches we were ready to book in and relax. The receptionist was very welcoming and was soon showing us into our room. I had chosen well. I think I got some more brownie points for my room choice, especially when my wife saw the Prosecco and chocolates I had requested. My wife (in the pic attached) couldn’t resist lying down on the super king sized bed and almost fell straight asleep it was that comfortable. Thankfully we had the Prosecco and went to further explore the village before returning for a thirst quencher in the bar area. It was busy but I had reserved a table for later so we just people watched before heading up to our room to get changed. An hour later, we were sitting down to a delicious meal in the restaurant. At this point it has to be said, the staff were absolutely brilliant. So professional and yet very friendly with brilliant craic that made our night. After an excellent nights sleep in the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid down on, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with the chef shouting good morning to us over the kitchen counter. Booking out, we were both sad to leave, but we’ll definitely be back. Thanks all for a perfect night!

Ahead of a visit to relatives in Wooler, we looked for accommodation in the area and found Beadnell Towers on Mr. & Mrs. Smith..... What a gem of a find ;-) Easily accessible from the A1 as we headed North from NCL, our arrival and welcome at Beadnell Towers set the tone for a joyous weekend stay. Maria, at Reception, was the epitome of charm and professionalism as we arrived - and throughout our stay. Our room - Canty - was beautifully appointed with a high vaulted ceiling, fabulously comfortable bed and a rain shower the equal of some of the best that I have ever experienced. Dinner on the Saturday evening was preceded by an excellent Espresso Martini - or 2 - and we were treated to service by Ronnie who has to be one of the most charming restaurant professionals in the land. His personality contributed to a very enjoyable, well presented and reasonably priced evening. The roasted cod loin in a beurre blanc and mussel sauce was exceptional complemented by a very pleasant NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Breakfast in the Kitchen was tasty and filling - charmingly served and complemented by exceptionally good cafetière coffee. Beadnell Towers is delightful and a real find which we hope to revisit in the not too distant future. Our sincere thanks to the entire team and, especially, to Maria and Ronnie who contributed magnificently to our enjoyment of a very fine establishment.

Amazing hotel! This is our second time staying here. The rooms are fantastic, and I can highly recommend the Yarkin suite. On arrival, the staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They are undoubtedly what makes this an excellent experience. The bar and restaurant area and welcoming and relaxing. The food and drink selection and quality are superb. I can also highly recommend the two for one cocktails.

Just home from 3 nights at Beadnell towers Excellent location for amazing beaches and stunning coast . Lots of walking from the door Cosy atmosphere. Good food Great service from the team but especially Katey who looked after us each evening .

My wife and I booked a one-night stay at Beadnell Towers as a long weekend treat. What a beautiful hotel - right in the centre of the village and a gentle one mile walk from Beadnell beach. The hotel’s website has an online tour of each room so we knew exactly what to expect from the moment we arrived. Amanda on Reception gave us the warmest of welcomes and took us to our room - one of the most well furnished and comfortable rooms that we’ve stayed in for a long time. Every aspect of the hotel has been carefully and tastefully designed; Northumberland coastal chic with a homely feel! Our meal in the restaurant in the evening was absolutely perfect - there was literally nothing that we could fault. The same went for the breakfast the next morning - the chef even popped out for a chat after we ate! Although we only visited for one night, we honestly felt as though we’d had a lovely holiday. Wish we’d booked for a longer stay! We will most definitely be back - highly recommended!

We stayed in Beadnell for a week so went for Sunday lunch Lovely place but overpriced. The lunch was nice but nothing special and not very warm. There was a couple sat opposite us who I later found out she runs a website called the Coastal Custodian. Wow! She was an absolute pain! It's just your option luv! Not happy with the service charge either that's a bit naughty.

Booked as birthday treat for my partner and have to say the hotel is superb 👌 beautiful decorated and immaculate and service top notch from all the staff esp the restaurant - management obviously extremely well done. We ate in the restaurant and it was delicious well presented and great offerings mostly locally sourced. Breakfast again excellent plenty of choice and plentiful. Only complaint was the size of our room was particularly small considering how much we paid and we were expecting it to be considerably bigger and it was unusually hot without the heating on and we didn't fancy opening the window as was next to outside patio where people were sitting drinking/chatting in the glorious sunshine and didn't feel safe leaving it open overnight- we didn't find the fan in the wardrobe until we were leaving! Room was immaculate and beautifully decorated though. Great stay bar room size !

Fab Sunday roast as good as I’d cook at home which is rare these days. The meat was cooked to perfection and the vegetables al dente. They served extra vegetables and a jug of gravy on the side. It’s expensive but you definitely get what you pay for here. Well done the towers we will be back.
