Cozy, neat, tidy and wonderfully decorated room. Convenient location, close to an amazing shopping mall, QB, and nearby shops & eateries. The only disappointing point is we had to queue up for a long time because most staffs were out for lunch and therefore guests had to bear with them when checking out. We are wondering if this can be sorted out by letting guests drop off the door card in the check out box rather than processing it manually.

Excellent services from all the staff, especially from reception. Spacious bed, amenities are perfect, comfortable desk area and sofa bed. Extremely satisfied for the stay. High recommended

I recently stayed in a CEO executive suite, and it was a wonderful experience. The suite offered exceptional privacy and comfort, making it perfect for couples. With its modern amenities and stunning views, I felt pampered throughout my stay. However, I noticed that the layout isn't ideal for families, as the stairs to the sleeping area could be a safety concern for children. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for couples seeking a romantic getaway, but families might want to consider other options

Ich war vor kurzem mit meiner Familie in diesem Hotel und es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Einrichtungen waren erstklassig und perfekt auf Familien zugeschnitten. Von geräumigen Zimmern bis hin zu familienfreundlichen Annehmlichkeiten bot es alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchten. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Familienurlaub!

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens. Da es für den Flug von Guangzhou nach Penang sehr spät ist, ist es am besten, ein kostengünstiges Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens zum Übernachten und Ausruhen zu finden. Darüber hinaus sind auch die Einrichtungen dieses Hotels sehr neu und vollständig, darunter eine Bar, eine Lobbybar, ein Restaurant, ein Swimmingpool und ein großer Sky Garden, der perfekt für Familien mit Kindern wie uns ist.

Wir kamen um 16:45 Uhr in der Lobby an, aber das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Wir warteten bis 17:30 Uhr und baten um ein anderes Zimmer. Der Parkplatz ist voll, da im Hotel eine Veranstaltung stattfindet, also muss ich weit weg vom Hotel parken. Ansonsten ist alles zufriedenstellend👍

Overall: If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Penang without breaking the bank, Raia Inn Penang is a solid choice. It's not a luxury hotel, but it offers good value for the price. The rooms are comfortable, the service is friendly, and the location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Ich kam gegen 10 Uhr im Hotel an und wurde vom Hotelpersonal informiert, dass der früheste Check-in um 14 Uhr sein wird. Im Allgemeinen waren die Hotelmitarbeiter höflich und professionell. Als ich das Zimmer buchte, bat ich um ein Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke und mein Zimmer war im 18. Stock. Fantastische Aussicht, teilweise mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Es verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein Dampfbad und einen privaten Pool. Großartig für Paare oder sogar für Familien. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Flughafens.
