Sehr schlecht zu finden, im Allgemeinen wird das Hotel nach der Bestellung kontaktiert werden, sonst suchen Sie es für einen halben Tag, es gibt kein Signal auf dem Berg, das Hotel ist mit WLAN ausgestattet.
Die Umgebung ist immer noch gut, die Nacht ist wirklich etwas schmutzig. Die Tür des Wäsches ist plötzlich um die Mitte der Nacht geöffnet und hat mich mehrere Male öffnet. Es ist wirklich, dass ich nicht schlafen kann, die ganze Nacht. In der Tat sollte es durch Holzkohle getrieben werden. Ich bin zu klein und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist ganz klar, dass die Gesundheitsversorgung noch weiter verbessert werden muss.

This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

We came on the day when there was water supply issue. Initially no water as the area tank is turned off 8pm. Reception did not inform us. Complained to another reception staff and they offered to give bottled water. Thank you. Water came back at about 11pm and water was back thankfully. Also, I booked room with window but it turns out no triple room that have window.

No television in the room. Bathroom/ toilet quite small. There's a gap on the bathroom door (u can see thru the gap). During day time, there's noise coming from construction site nearby. It's near to the airport, but our visited places mostly very far from the hotel (example: batu feringghi, batu maung, komtar etc.)

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens. Da es für den Flug von Guangzhou nach Penang sehr spät ist, ist es am besten, ein kostengünstiges Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens zum Übernachten und Ausruhen zu finden. Darüber hinaus sind auch die Einrichtungen dieses Hotels sehr neu und vollständig, darunter eine Bar, eine Lobbybar, ein Restaurant, ein Swimmingpool und ein großer Sky Garden, der perfekt für Familien mit Kindern wie uns ist.

ZZeeztIch war kürzlich im Eastin Hotel Penang und war enttäuscht über das Fehlen grundlegender Einrichtungen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser im Badezimmer und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schwach. Zusätzlich habe ich Handsaft gebeten, aber die Hauspflege konnte es nicht während meines Aufenthalts wieder füllen. Diese Erfahrung war nicht meine Erwartungen, und ich hoffe, die Führung wird diese Fragen für künftige Gäste angehen.

WWanderEatsInsgesamt war unser 4-tägiger Aufenthalt im Olive Tree Hotel Penang sehr gut, aber nicht spektakulär. Wir schätzen das kostenlose Parken für Gäste in ihrem Parkhaus und die praktische Lage, da viele Cafés, Restaurants usw. in Bayan Baru zu Fuß erreichbar sind. In unserem Zimmer war kein Frühstück inbegriffen, daher können wir dazu nichts sagen, obwohl wir während unseres Aufenthalts viele Leute frühstücken sahen. Das Essensangebot im Restaurant war auch großartig und preiswert. Unser Zimmer war super geräumig und sehr komfortabel und war definitiv das Highlight des Hotels. Leider wurden während unseres Aufenthalts über Weihnachten viele Dinge repariert (was für zukünftige Gäste positiv ist), aber uns hat das nicht so sehr gestört. Wieder einmal ein sehr gutes Hotel, aber nicht spektakulär.

The bathroom was basic but clean, with hot water available, and the shower pressure was good. Overall, it's a comfortable, straightforward space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The service at Raia Inn Penang was friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff was always available to help with any queries. While this isn’t a high-end hotel, the staff made sure everything was running smoothly. Housekeeping kept the room clean, and any additional requests I made (like extra towels) were quickly addressed.

Raia Inn isn’t packed with a ton of luxury amenities, but it has all the essentials. There’s a small fitness center if you want to get in a workout, though it’s not as expansive as those in larger hotels. Free Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, which is always a plus for both leisure and business travelers. It’s about a 20-minute drive from Georgetown, where you can explore the famous street art, heritage buildings, and fantastic food. The hotel is also close to the Penang International Airport, which makes it very convenient if you’re flying in or out. There are a few local eateries and convenience stores in the area, but if you’re craving more variety, it’s easy to hop in a taxi or grab a ride to the city.

If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Penang without breaking the bank, Raia Inn Penang is a solid choice.
