I had a great time with my family at Batam Marriott to celebrate my birthday. The service was amazing and the staffs were thoughtful. We like the location as it is just next to the ferry jetty. Many restaurants near the hotel too. The gym and swimming pool are clean and new. Thank you for the special birthday cake!

There are no malls nearby so we pretty much grab everywhere. The malls are not that far via vehicle but the distance to walk is a no-no. Grab doesn't cost you much though and on a positive note, you can get your grab real quick. Breakfast spread was good. We enjoyed the live station for the fried rice and noodles. It was delicious. Chef was really nice and handed our plates directly to our table when it wasn't too busy. Bottomline, mum really likes the room and food so all is good 😄

Von dem Eingang bis zum Check in alles war großartig. Sie ermöglichen, in früher als erwartet zu Check in. Wir buchen 2 Einzelbetten und erhalten sie für uns zusammen. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass das Hotel einen Shuttle zum und von der Fährterminal bereitstellen sollte. Wir freuen uns auf eine weitere Gelegenheit.

So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sie gaben uns ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, obwohl wir nur ein normales Zimmer gebucht hatten. Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt und einige der Einrichtungen sind ziemlich abgenutzt. Aber insgesamt ist es für diesen Preis immer noch gut. Die Lage ist auch gut. Wenn man direkt rausgeht, findet man zahlreiche Restaurants.

Went batam for 3 days 2 nights.. first night at 4 points and 2nd night at marriott to celebrate my birthday this month.. booked stay and dine (either lunch or dinner for 2pax). I was caught in surprises as there is miscommunication within the hotel team about the dining that causes some disappointment.. luckily, that's a young interm with the name ”Natalia” that came to ask about our stay during breakfast that we manage to voice up about the dinner.. I feel much better after talking to them, and they offered us the BBQ dinner as compensation.. I am happy with their sincerity and close the case without taking their compensation. It's very good following up and having a good stay in 4 points as the room is very clean.. Can consider to go back if going to batam again

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, hier ist, was ich fühle Vorteil- 10-15 Mins greifen Fahrt nach Nagoya Hill und Grand Batam Mall - Das Zimmer ist geräumig - Einchecken und Auschecken ist schnell - Personal ist freundlich Ungünstige Bedingungen - Es gibt eine lange Wand im Zentrum des Zimmers, die den TV und Sofa blockiert - Das Hotel steht gerade vor dem Opp Hospital - Klimaanlage ist Spoilt, egal welche Temperatur ich das Klimaanlage schaltet, kann noch nicht fühlen, dass ich schlafe w/o aircon - Frühstücksbuffet nicht viel Auswahl und das Essen so
