Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Lage ist perfekt – Es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zu Einkaufszentren, tolle Plätze zum Essen und sogar in der Nähe von Massagegeschäften, die alles super bequem machten. Das Frühstück war auch ein Highlight – vieles von Vielfalt und leckere Möglichkeiten, den Tag richtig zu starten. Was wirklich herauskam, war der Service. Das Front Desk Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir unsere Gepäck gewogen haben, haben sie uns genießend nach unten geleitet und sichergestellt, dass wir alles, was wir brauchen. Am Regentag haben sie uns sogar Umbräder lånen – solchen gedankenhaften Service wirklich unseren Aufenthalt bequemer gemacht. Das Hotel wird sehr empfehlen und würde sicherlich wieder bleiben!

Concierge was friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean. The hotel breakfast was decent. However, water heater was intermittently working and towels looked worn out. Location was ideal to walk around to nearby attractions. There’s hotel perks of 15% discount when going for a nearby massage.

1st of all... its our 1st time staying at this hotel. I came slightly early (1pm++) but there us no queue.& check ins was fast n smooth. Was given 2 keycards for room. Nice deco made for our room for our event.there was also a welcome drinks but they suggest having it at their rooftop lounge. It had a wonderful view of the whole harbour bay n yes windy too. Thank u Mr Akhbar to let us dining in for dinner at the rooftop lounge. We had our romantic dinner 4 course dinner package too at rooftop too. Thank u Mr Ficky for the effort, wonderful service n the drinks recommendations. All staffs are always smiling n very attentives. We both had zero issues so far. Breakfast menu was simple but menu changes everyday. Room services is 24hrs. It is very near to harbour bay ferry terminal ( abt 5-7mins walk), alot of convenience store nearby, bakery shop, chicken rice shop, durian shop, bridal photography shops..had a simple nasi padang stall,seafood restaurant n even steak restaurant nearby..easy to travel around using gojek too. They had their iwn water dispenser too on every floor.. overall its great. Will dropping by again soon. Thank u Yello! Hotel Harbour Bay Teams. 👍👍👍

The hotel is located in the lively Nagoya area, just a short walk from Nagoya Mall. I originally booked a Deluxe King Room but was informed upon check-in that only smoking rooms were available for this room type. The only non-smoking option left was a room with two single beds, so we opted for that, as the beds could be combined.
To avoid disappointment, it would be helpful if the hotel clearly separates smoking and non-smoking room types during booking.
For the price paid, the breakfast was satisfactory, though the taste could be improved.

Very close to Batam centre Ferry terminal and walking distance to mall but at night be careful of big holes in the pavement whilst walking. Outlook of hotel looks new and clean. But inside hotel smells like toilet air freshener. Inside room smoke smell. Tried calling front desk to request if have non smoking room but no one pick up call so I just left it since only 2 nights. But didn’t enjoy going back to sleep…. Luckily I brought essential oil so I tried wiping down the floor and cleaning the room to freshen up… tried opening the window to air the room but sewage smell is strong outside….
Went to breakfast at 9am and food very empty… selection a lot but not refilled. Made do with it and just ate some rice and meat..
The price is really cheap so cannot expect too much I guess. Would not return definitely.
Grab taxi is cheap there and we enjoyed the laid back club and cafe hopping for the 2 days we are there.

The location is good! The price is fair enough but the cleanliness and amenities need to improve! Before I book I saw under amenities that they have indoor and outdoor pool but it’s not true! They have only one outdoor pool! And one more thing, they’re not strict regarding on what to wear for swimming! They allow to swim those people who are not wearing the proper swimsuits. And since the breakfast area is next to the pool I saw one lady wearing hijab that after eating she washed her hands in the pool! Disgusting!

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

DDinO AmanSad but true, i was denied checking into the hotel even after receiving the confirmation.
In addition, the establishment took quite a while in resolving my status and did not extend further communication.
I had to outsource for another establishment for my stay.
However, TRIP.com's staff did an initiative communication with me and pretty much enlighten the bad experience i had with the hotel's establishment. I thank them for being responsive.
In conclusion, no more ”Zest” for my next accommodation list to facilitate my stay within the vicinity.

Rooms are clean and service is very good.
Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent.
There's only 1 powerpoint by the study/dressing table and none at the bedside. And the one in my room was a little overused due to age so it was quite hard to plug my charger in. Worked after some time so it was ok.
Gym was small and not well equipped.

AAmiAdeEs ist erschwinglich mit großer Lage und Service. Nur überrascht, dass es kein Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Aber für einen 3-Nacht-Unterkunft, es war mehr als gut genug. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Essen im Café, das sie am oberen Stock serviert, war wirklich gut.

Die Lage ist 10/10. Viele Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. In der Gegend gibt es auch Nachtmärkte. Was Aktivitäten angeht, gibt es Go-Karts, Karneval, Wasser-Themenpark und vieles mehr, was Sie genießen können.
Insgesamt ist es ein guter Ort zum Übernachten. Wir waren 5 Tage hier und insgesamt zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung.

GGastnutzerKleines Wohnzimmer. Der Heizung nicht heiß, aber wir sind ok mit kaltem Wasser zum Bad. Wir genießen unsere Nachtwache Netflix. Die Wohnung hat ein Mall, aber nur 1 Kaffee und wenige Geschäfte. Das Außenbereich hat nur 1 Heizung und ein Kaffee. Wir gingen zum Morgenbacker ca. 7min entfernt nahmen wir eine Grab-Rückwohnung bei ca. 20000 Rupiah. Wir nahmen auch ein Grab-Auto zum Maha-Tempel für 4 von uns bei idr22000. Ich kann die Moschee sehen, die im Batam Zentrum ist. Besser bereiten Sie sich eigene Haarschampo und Klimaanlage. 2Drottning und 1 Matrix auf dem Boden verfügbar. Morgen kann man die Gebete hören. Wir bestellen auch Lebensmittel, da wir jus lazy zu gehen in der Nacht. Der Ort ist wirklich in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums durch Grab. Zimmer ist sauber. Kein Toilettenroll und kein Wächter im Keller. High floor with Seaview.

PPei ShanI don't recommend anyone to stay there during weekend, there's a nightclub nearby and you can hear the loud music and beats throughout the night, plus the traffic from the road. Just couldn't get a good night rest unless you are someone who can sleep with all the noise. That being said, the hotel location wasn't too far from BCS mall, u can take a grab to get there. The room and bathroom was clean but the bathroom does have a sewage smell which wasn't pleasant so would advise that you keep the door closed. There's quite a selection of cable channels on the TV to keep you entertained.

GGuest UserDie Eincheckung war ein Brise , aber das Zimmer furnishing etwas alt und es gab Spiderweb auf der linken oberen Hand des Bettwäsches . Das Gesamtzimmer war ok , aber sie mussten das Zimmer neu zu befüllen, wie es schlecht gewartet . Meine ehrliche Meinung .
