"First this is not a 4 ⭐️ motel . It is definitely a 10⭐️. Amazing , on the beach ( well literally a hop skip and a jump ) Fun , Quiet , staff is amazing . Housekeeping very accommodating ( marie was her name ) The manager janine is exceptional. Hands on , Friendly , just a pure gem . She definitely made our stay perfect . She is the heart and soul of this perfect gem . We love her and my family and I can not wait to return . Great places to eat is definitely Jonesn best pizza , Mac and cheese and the lobster rolls were top notch . oh i cant forget the stuffies . wow and all readonable $ .. Also the barmaclr ( another food place ) has great fried clam plates and ceazer wraps . There coleslaw was so gooood . wanted a big container to take home . We took a drive to provincetown and it was so beautiful . Everything was great . our trip was perfect and we saw alot of great sights . Thank you janine for taking the time to plan an itinerary for our stay . You really went above and beyond . we appreciate you and will see you next season ."

"Not very recommendable, very expensive with poor facilities and services. We found dirty sheets and a sock under the covers! Really horrible! Unfortunately it was very late and we couldn't do anything since the reception closes in the evening. The tub with the usual terrible curtain didn't let the water down and you had to soak your feet up to your ankles and the nightmare doesn't end... broken air conditioning that let out hot air! Open window and a lot of noise from outside. Noticed as a real nightmare! In the morning they took care of the repairs and in fact in the (unfortunately second night, it was already paid for) everything was back. Apologies made but they couldn't fix the damage suffered. I would never go back there again."

"The best vacation experience i have ever had. Every penny spent was well worth it. It was an experience to open up your senses. From the beautiful flowers, the amazing orginal artwork, down to the toilet paper, everything was perfect. What really blew me away was the 5 star breakfast in the mornings. 4 course entrees made with fresh ingredients. Plating was on point. Cant forget about the bangers he was playing on the audio!! Im a chef and I was more than impressed. The rooms were beautiful with a walk in shower. Towels and bedding were so comfortable, I wanted to take them. They supplied us with everything, even beach equipment. We had a French press in our room!! Adrian had an itinerary set for us upon arrival which was so helpful. The inn was at a perfect spot. We could walk everywhere in less than 10 -15 mins, which seemed short because the houses and gardens kept our attention. There is always something to do close by. I highly recommend going here.
