房間大小合適，環境也不錯停車方便，有浴缸挺好，房間裏沒有抽紙，需要到廁所去拿，初四來的，游泳池和健身房都沒開，無法評價。定了三個房間，多一個人早餐不給送讓自己買，出外玩了近一個月四星五星酒店住了十幾家，這是唯一一家這樣做的酒店，買了早餐後早餐沒有現磨咖啡，果汁也不是鮮榨的，其餘馬馬虎虎。

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

Die Umwelteinrichtungen sind gut. Ich habe Frühstück und Obst gesendet. Die Stimme der ersten Nacht des Ausflugs ist sehr schlau. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht brauchbar. Es ist zu spät und müde. Ich werde am nächsten Tag schlafen. Ich habe auch uns ins Zimmer wechselt. Ich dachte, es war großartig, aber es scheint, als würde der Kellner das Zimmer nicht prüfen, weil ich schlafe. In meinem ursprünglichen Zimmer waren die Kleidung und die vier Packstücke Papier. Alle vier Packstücke, die ich mir erinnere, sagten, nein, es ist nicht viel wert, auch wenn. Die Bankgebühr ist auch nach 2 Stunden gekommen, um zu rufen, um das Zimmer zu prüfen und dann zurückzukehren.

作為一家老牌温泉酒店，確實10多年了，不應該要求太多，但是價位在這放着。綜合來看房間裏的設施非常的陳舊。300塊的酒店現在都不用一次性的產品了。吹風機幾乎是20年前的產品。洗護用品竟然都是大瓶超市貨，還不如全季，門縫大到既不隔音也不隔風，衹能説花錢買了兩張温泉票，房間當送的了

服務真的太棒了！工作人員個個熱情主動提供各種幫助和服務！酒店劉經理更是妥帖安排幫助客人銜接行程得到最好的體驗！房間硬件設施齊全，準備了一應俱全的免費用品，除了泳衣、面膜、雨傘、洗面奶、按摩梳等等等等用品以外，包括拖鞋、口杯和水杯都是全新的，客人用後可全部帶走的！餐食非常棒👍🏻，食材新鮮，口味地道！還在餐廳和房間貼心準備了非常多品質品牌的免費飲料酒水供客人享用！房間後面的小湯池清理的非常乾淨，還配備了懸浮桌，玫瑰花瓣和艾草，冬日裏感受到別樣的温暖和浪漫！隔壁大型“鳳凰温泉”也是他家的，入住期間免費無限次體驗……總之，在星天外入住是一次非常棒👍🏻的體驗！強烈推薦！
