"Die Lage ist erstaunlich, es ist sehr nah an alles, da es entlang der McArthur Highway ist. Das ist das beste über dieses Hotel insgesamt. Bett ist ziemlich schön, sie haben auch einen Pool mit einem Slide, den wir wirklich lieben. Das Essen in ihrem Restaurant war fantastisch! STAFFS sind sehr hilfreich und untergebracht. Das einzige, was war das Fernsehen, es hat ein schlechtes Signal, aber nicht wirklich ein großes, weil wir unseren Laptop über HDMI angeschlossen haben. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt."

"The room was clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were kind and very generous they didn’t charge us extra even though we checked out later than the usual time. They were also very responsive to our concerns and queries. We were the only guests during our stay, so we had the whole house to ourselves, which truly felt like home. The place is close to Vigan City, although it can be a bit hard to find since it’s tucked away in a narrow area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!"

Metro Vigan Inn ★

"One of 3 hotels in Vigan that was recommended by family members, this was the only one that had availability. So we hoped/prayed it would be decent. Upon arrival, we were disappointed with its distance in proximity to the town center. Its grounds and curb appeal did not resemble its online appearance. We received a warm and friendly greeting and had much needed help with our bags as there were no elevators. Our standard double was very small; we moved to another room because the a/c was not very good. Our 2nd room a/c was very good, but had a musty smell. There are no in-room safes, refrigerator or ice machines. They prolly need to do a room inspection before releasing room because I had to call down for TP & towels. You should upgrade to include wash cloths, bedside lamps that works, a better wall mirror and bathroom fixtures that are not rusty. My kid's first standard twin room was unacceptable because it was dirty and had no toilet seat. They were moved to a standard triple, but I requested another move because we needed stronger WiFi for remote work. Their third room, the following day, was much better. There is a restaurant on site that is limited in menu options and availability. We appreciated the filtered water cooler availability. Overall, the staff was patient, kind and very accommodating. They did try very hard to make sure we were comfortable and addressed our concerns. Shout out to Rush, who is awesome and the reason I increased my review from 1 to 3 stars It is because of Rush and the staff that I do recommend Hotel Metro Vigan to anyone who can overlook my concerns that I mentioned and doesn't require a safe, and/or additional hotel amenities."
