Disliked · No air conditioning! There are no cosmetic stands in the shower cabin + there is no shower head in the bathroom, and one small handset... The door had gaps - one finger at the top and half at the bottom."

"We spend 10 days in this hotel for Christmas and New year 2022. The hotel is nice with different size apartments. We had 1 bedroom apartment which was equipped with everything necessary for our stay. There was a fire place as well which added to the apartment charm. The spa center was nice with good swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, also with fitness center. We were using it regularly and was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the ski slopes, which made the experience for skiers very easy and practical. The personnel were great. They were very kind, trying to satisfy all our requirements. For example, they provided additional heating radiators for the colder days. The lift got broken one of the days and they immediately offered us another 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor as we had an elderly person with us. The other apartment had also washing machine, which proved to be very handy during our stay. For the New Year’s Eve, the hosts have prepared nice musical program and New year’s menu with large choice. We were delighted with the great festive atmosphere, the music and the dancing. The hosts came to greet each one of us personally and especially payed kind attention to our gradma as per our old Bulgarian traditions. Overall, we spent really fabulous time and will come back in this hotel again next time we are in Bansko."

"Spent a couple days for a ski weekend. The hotels has a good location towards the edge of Bansko right on the main road and just about a 5 min walk away from the centre and gondola lift. You will find several ski rentals stores & restaurants closeby. Stayed in a room/studio, equipped with a kitchen corner which wasn't used and other basic furniture. Bathroom is acceptable but not very spacious and shower not ideal due to water splashing out. The room also had also a little balcony with a view of the backyard. Tv didn't have too many channels and all local. The is a small indoor pool adjacent to lobby area and also a British style downstairs. Check in & out was smooth. All in all, it's an ok place for a short stay and a limited budget."

"Das sollte nicht ein 4* Hotel sein, wir bleiben als Familie von 7 Personen in gerade zum Zeitpunkt der Schreiben dieser Bewertung in allen inklusiven Grundlagen, offenbar alle inklusiven Werke nur zwischen den Stunden, wenn die Küche arbeitet,als Beispiel 7-10.30am Frühstück oder 18.30pm-21.00pm Dinner,du bekommst die billigste Sache und du musst für eine Coca-Cola oder ein Mineralwasser für ein Beispiel bezahlen,es ist ein Witz eines all inclusive,das Essen ist gut,das Alkohol ist der billigste möglich für ein all inclusive(du hast keine Wahl) ,die Nachtbar schließen um 11 Uhr und die Nachtwechsel-Rezeption bestehend aus alten Färben es ist offensichtlich nicht da sein, harte alte Leute für ein 4* Hotel ,vergessen Sie nicht, kaufen Sie nie eine Massage,die Massage werden von einer ukrainischen Dame gemacht, die eindeutig nicht weiß, was eine Massage Means and try to put her fingers up in your ass,location speaking it’s great and all in all this is 3* hotel"

"Awesome place. Stay with my family for 2 nights. Room was perfect and very clean. Dinner was very good but breakfast was awesome. There was a pizza restaurant with awesome stone made pizza. Awesome view from the hotel. Pool was very clean and warm. Water was 33 degrees Celsius. Definitely recommend it!"

"Wir verbrachten eine Woche bei der Evelina zu einer ruhigen Zeit der Skisaison. Unser Zimmer war gut und sauber. Betten waren komfortabel und das Badezimmer hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Das Frühstück war immer ein hoher Standard und der Koch kam sogar in einer Stunde früh am Tag, an dem wir wegen unserer Buszeit verlassen waren. Alles Personal war willkommen und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Shuttle-Busservice funktionierte sehr gut. Der Pool war eine sehr gute Größe und die Sauna erreichte eine anständige Temperatur in etwa 15 Minuten."

"Fantastic hotel, simple room nice pool and spa facilities. Good location in the middle of old and new town with about a 5min walk to the gondala. The breakfast was basic but satisfied us perfectly! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating we will be booking again for next year!"
