Ms. Khushi, the duty manager, ensured that every aspect of my visit was smooth and enjoyable. She arranged an airport pickup at a reasonable cost on short notice and warmly welcomed me upon arrival. What sets Khushi apart is her genuine passion for hospitality. She not only met my needs efficiently - whether it was finding things I needed, recommending shopping spots, or arranging taxis - but also took the time to inquire about my well-being. Her ability to spread positive energy and make the guest feel special is extraordinary. Employees like Khushi, who go above and beyond with such enthusiasm and care, are rare gems in the industry. She truly elevates the guest experience to another level. Ms. Simran, another wonderful staff member, also deserves a mention for her professionalism, excellent communication skills and kindness. She graciously extended my stay at a reasonable cost and brought her youthful energy and creativity to every interaction. Her dedication and natural talent for hospitality left a lasting impression. The hotel room itself offers great value for money. It was clean, spacious, very well furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including modern shower and toilet. The restaurant was average. With exceptional team members like Khushi and Simran and such well-appointed accommodations, Click Hotel Bangalore stands out as an example of hospitality done right.

Genuine people works here. the hotel is very nice and also close by airport and staff are very polite specifically Ms Khushi is very helpful and rooms are also very good and food is also very testy and I highly recommend this hotel thnkyou all of you

The rooms were well kept and neat. Best of all the customer service was spectacular. The food at the Cinnamon restaurant was also fantastic! The kitchen staff and front desk staff were wonderful! Thank you for making our stay memorable! I unfortunately don’t remember everyone’s names but Mr. Islam and Pintu, thank you soo much!

Clean and simple yet elegant as always! Thank you Islam and team for the support and extra mile. It has been always my go to hotel whenever I visit Bengaluru. I have been staying almost for 3 years and Click has never failed my expectations. Keep it up guys!

Nice place for a small stay and easy for the transit stay as its closely located to BLR airport. Food is good, restaurant is small but very effectively organized, the services team are well trained and attentive. I am very much satisfied with this hotel.
